I had a pleasant experience here. My nieces and nephews loved their Lo Mein. It was so fresh. We came a little late so it was understandable why other entries were not as fresh. About the other reviews regarding the maintenance. The place needs a deep cleaning, not a remodel. For what we received including our drinks, it’s a steal.

Sure, it’s outdated. Sure, it’s Ponderosa’s furniture and fixtures. But, you’re getting dinner for $15 beverage included. Shut the heck up, drop the money, get off your high horse and enjoy the food.

Food was cold, I want to say warm but no! Looks like half was purchased from BJs, I know those spring rolls were not hand made there! They left a dead fly over our table on the TV, where they killed it. For 2 to eat this crap was 24 for lunch, Popeyes would have been cheaper and so much better. Never again! Don’t waste your time or money here.

Where to begin. In 1986 this was probably a beautiful buffet. Now it is very sad. As a coni sour of all things buffet, I feel as if the carpet doesn’t match the drapes when it comes to food to atmosphere. Food is good, but your tetanus shot should be up to date. I’m afraid to see what is going on behind the dirty broken kitchen doors, and I don’t want to know. Please, for the love of God, clean and update the place. Food is good and shouldn’t be consumed in a place like that.

We Wish we would’ve looked at the reviews, checked out the buffet, used the bathroom prior to deciding on sitting down to eat. Their fish was not cooked through. It is pink. The food has been sitting all day, dried out. The advertisement for crab legs was not accurate. The ice cream machine is loaded with dirt. The smell of the restaurant is very gross. The bathroom is unbelievably filthy and loaded with dirt piled high around the base of the toilet OSHAH would shut them down in a HOT minute if they were to give them a visit.
