Giving this store 5 stars because I had such a professional interaction with the employee I spoke to on the phone. I placed a delivery order and after it arrived, I noticed what looked like an insect leg in the bread of my sandwich The employee I spoke to assured me it was not from an insect and was instead a piece of material from the bread forms they use.
I won’t be ordering from this store again, but kudos to the professional employee you have there!!

I love how they cater to a Gluten Free customer!! We didn’t want to impose but asked about the clean grill for cross-contamination purposes. Whitney responded with how it was no trouble and if she wanted a hot sub, they would make her a Gluten free hot sub. They washed everything down, were so polite and it was amazing!! Charlestown crew rocks!!
