The absolute slowest drive thru. 4 cars total, us included and it took 30 minutes to get to the window, which took another 10 minutes waiting on 1 coffee to complete our order. The young lady taking our order and working the window was very nice i will add. But I’ll never come back.

The young lady at the front counter taken your order leaning on shelf when you walk in. Her attitude makes you feel that she doesn’t want to be bothered. You need to get her an attitude adjustment or get someone with a nice personality. I been there three times. Hopefully the next time won’t be my last.

If you love an extremely rude staff and to be resented for being a patron, then this is the place for you! I couldn’t figure out why the cashier was giving me and my daughter, and the lady in front of us, such dirty looks. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. Then while sitting in the dining room, I overheard the staff talking. “Our dining room is closed but nobody cares or reads the sign!” There was no sign! I went and looked and informed them “there is no sign”. “It must have fell off.” We were literally treated like a bother because we wanted to be customers. I’m so tired of rude people EVERYWHERE! I go out of my way to be respectful and friendly to everyone I encounter. I understand that it’s difficult to find people willing to work these days, but have some self respect and pride in what you do or just don’t do it! Management, if you want to close your store to walk-ins, then put up an actual sign or rope off the entrance…or both.

Ordered 3 wake up Wraps and the eggs were grayish and tasted horribly and not particularly hot either. The donuts did not taste fresh, very little cream in Boston creme. A waste of money this morning, so disappointed!

Just came through and asked for a pup cup for my dog. I’ve never asked before. They usually offer and sometimes they don’t and that’s fine. I don’t expect it every time but today I asked bc it had been a while since my dog had one. The employee seemed aggravated and told me that next time I needed to add it to my order. I’m like how much is it? He said a dollar and I smirked and drove off. I’m sorry… y’all started that anyway.. offering pup cups. Now people have to ask & you aggravated cause why? It’s cream for ffs. It ain’t costing the company hardly anything to do it. Ridiculous.

Sandwiches taste like bad oil from a fryer. We couldn’t eat them. They smelled rotten too. Hashbrowns tasted same way. Didnt realize til we were too far down four lane. Won’t go there again. McDonalds never has this problem.

Extremely slow service, guy at the window didnt appear to know up from down. Waited way to long for an iced coffee. Get the iced coffee and it’s not even drinkable. I asked for light cream and it’s all cream and doesn’t even taste like there was iced coffee in my drink. They seem very unorganized and the guy at the window couldn’t even find my drink that was right there in front of him. I’d avoid if possible. I’ve given this location three tries now and all have been extremely terrible coffee. Hot tea has more flavor.
