If I could give -1 stars I would! Visited on 7/12/2023. Person taking my order was very rude and impatient, I got food for my sister and myself. First my sister bit into her food to find HAIR in her food. This immediately made me very weary of my own food. After checking, I found a hair in my food as well! ?!? There’s no coincidence that this woman had a nasty attitude with me and I find 2 completely different hairs in 2 different meals! I’m completely disgusted! One picture added. I went back 7 hours later after my hair appointment to return everything that I purchased! Will not be back! Should be closed down !!!!

It was nice but the customer service could be a little better. They talk a lot to each other so you sit at the window listening to conversations before ever being greeted at the window, but other than the speed of the service they were very nice and the drinks were made to profession.

Poor customer service from drive-thru. I live in the neighborhood so I frequent often, and within the past couple of months something has changed. No one in the drive-thru SPEAKS. No hello, welcome goodbye, have a nice day, NOTHING. Just hand you your food and close the window. Or even worse, continue to have their personal conversations. Such a disappointment

Horrible experience! Came in and purchased a cup of coffee headed to the bathroom. Got in the bathroom shut the door heard a bang on the door open the door. It was the manager saying I could not use the bathroom after they had cleaned it. I told him that was a human dignity issue. I was already in the restroom with the door closed and he said he don’t care. This was the manager. I then proceeded to ask for a refund because I chose not to patronize a business that won’t allow me to use the restroom after purchasing. Simply because they didn’t want to do their job it was 7:22 PM.

I live by the Dunkin’ on cascade and I still drive to this location, location is the best hands down. They always have my order correct, they never run out of stuff and the customer service is great. I never mind the drive because I know my order is gone be ready and correct.

Poorly managed. If you want hot food don’t come here. All DD does is microwave food and the folks here can’t even get that right smh ♀️. They give you a sandwich constructed with food straight from the cooler and have the nerve to get an attitude with you the paying customer. Young boy with locs behind the register was confused and dizzy as hell! Never coming back.
