Very clean & quiet place. The servicer was polite & friendly. There was not very many customers but service was a little slow. Just went there for ice-cream, it was a beautiful day so I thought i would get out & some fresh air so i didn’t mind the wait.

Another disappointment. There was a customer in front of me taking long to order and when they were finally done and I’ve been waiting for a long time. The cashier decides to go and do something else while making me wait longer. Just take the next order. Needs new management and franchise owner should be more aware of internal operations or else quality and customers will slow down

Stick to the donuts Dunkin.
Did an online order. Show up to my “hot” items ready but had to wait for my donuts and coffee drink.
My “hot” food tasted like it was sitting there 2 hours. My hash browns (the whopping 6 pieces) were as cold as they could possibly be despite being burned. The breakfast sandwich had potential but wasn’t any good being so cold. The worst part is I’m staying within a mile so it wasn’t my commute destroying the quality.
I got a fancy drink with whipped cream and drizzle. I prefer hot coffee to cold so I usually don’t get to have the whip and drizzle so I was really excited. Another miss. The coffee I had to wait for was only half made. Got the coffee, milk, and mocha flavor – left off the whipped cream, hot chocolate flavoring, and chocolate drizzle. If I had to wait they could’ve at least made it right especially for the food being terrible but I guess that’s too much to ask.
Then there’s the donuts. Maybe they don’t use the parchment paper to grab like gas stations etc do but it made me question how sanitary it was. I got 3 different kinds of donuts and they were just all thrown together – 2 are upside down ones sideways. Is it so much to ask to be served quality? I’m not a house guest I’m a customer. Well not really cuz I won’t be back after this horror show. Super disappointing.

Been to D&D across the country for 20yrs. This place should be the flag ship. Havent tasted donuts this fresh in years. Service fast, clean place, bagels coming up out the machine fresh while waiting. This place is best dunkin ive been to in a long time. Has an actual display case like a bakery. Digital boards, very spacious layout, music, good employees.

I’m really not a fan of Dunkin Donuts but decided to give it a try anyway. Well, my first time in about 2-3 years and this is what I get. Why my food looks like it was prepared the day before. I can say the Caramel Craze Signature Latte and the Donut Holes were OK but that food….OMG. Maybe next time whenever that is, I’ll try a different location.

My spouse and I recently visited Baskin Robbins to sample their new holiday-flavored ice cream. Upon placing our order, a young employee expressed her dislike for the new flavor, even involving a coworker to back her opinion on its poor taste. Contrary to their views, we enjoyed the ice cream but were disappointed with the customer service we received.

Not a bad place, I think the crew for this shift where not being attentive this day. The poor girl in the front i guess was new and was kind of lost. The drive thru was empty, so it was bad that the other two crew members didn’t guide here. They where to busy on their phone. I, however, wouldn’t mind coming back.

This is the most welcoming Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. The staff were so kind and friendly. I was treated warmly from the moment I walked in. They are the best!
