Amy’s was attending the Hillbilly fair and that’s how we were introduced to their food truck, it didn’t disappoint! The frito pies are delicious and the baked beans are great as well! They also attended Jacob’s cave & we knew we had to make a stop to grab some great BBQ! I’d recommend following their Facebook page because that’s where they keep everyone updated the most.

Thank you for the great food. The Smokey back flavor is done just right. The Boss sandwich was filled with smoke & spicy heaven. The Burrito was a wrapped-up BBQ flavor house. The menu is filled with lots of great choices, “Frito Pie” is another packed delight. Would highly recommend.

Amy’s Smoke Shack has the BEST pulled pork nachos! I have tried most of the items on the menu, and haven’t found anything I haven’t liked. The honey garlic sauce is INCREDIBLE!
