I dnt even know how to score them because the staff is always pleasant place is always clean but the product is completely inconsistent.
This dunkin is literally otw to work and I come here all hours of the day, but specifically when I come in the a.m hours the order is trash. I order the same thing everytime and everytime its different.
This time (2.19.26) really irked me. A bagel is 2.29 and 3.39 with cream cheese, so your charging 1.10 to spread cream cheese on a bagel okay whatever but how come the bagel is always different, not toasted enough like raw (thats today) or burnt and hard as heck (thats was 2 days ago) swamped and oozing cream cheese or absolutely nothing. And when your coming through the drive through and don’t find out its horrible until you’ve turned off onto Tara Blvd and are ready to take the first bite, what is one to do?
Then my Matcha Latte lord have mercy… can we please blend the thing… ive seen some ppl use the blender, ive seen some with the spoon, ive seen some put 3 pumps of Caramel, ive seen some just pump n pump lol like come on guys… im literallllllllly going to have to drive to hwy 85 now and how inconvenient is that for me.
Im going to stop by tomorrow morning and see who I can talk to because I just don’t understand how its always such a dramatic experience.

The parking here is very limited and they have one handicap ♿️ parking spot at this location. The restaurant is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are very knowledgeable about the food products sold in this restaurant. The doughnuts and coffee are of an excellent quality. Overall, I was quite pleased with my purchases at Dunkin’.

This location is a hit or miss. For some reason the person they have at the window always has an attitude and acts like they don’t want to be there. Some days they say they are out of cookie butter since that coffee drink had started. I like how this location moved fast but they definitely need to work on their customer service.

The line is always long on the outside. I went on the inside and the younger employees were loud and using profanity while they were making up orders. But my coffee was hot and the cinnamon swirl donut was good , so that was the highlight of the experience! The lobby area was clean.

Had a delicious bacon, egg, and cheese croissant with a caramel macchiato. Of course I had to have my favorite donut, custard filled chocolate covered one. All very hot and great!

I went here at 3:37am, and ordered a medium black coffee with 7 shots of liquid sugar. My coffee did not have liquid sugar. Instead the gave me regular sugar, that just sat at the bottom of my cup. They could have just stated that they did not have regular sugar. I did order a blueberry muffin, and a pumpkin donut, which both were delicious.

I placed my order online and went straight to the window to pickup my order. The young man spoke very rude and said I was disrespectful because I tooted my horn to get his attention ….. he was not looking toward the drive thru window. Most of their business comes through the “Drive thru” window, so his attention was lax to say the least! Disrespect is what he displayed. I’m a 72yr old black woman and don’t tolerate this kind of treatment at retail establishments as a paying customer. Right now i don’t feel like i ever need or want to return to that location or any Dunkin Donuts ever again to spend my money!

Lately have not just been making the orders correctly, especially when mobile orders are when you order inside the orders have just been incorrect. Have to go back multiple times to get my order and it still doesn’t taste how it normally taste. I order the same thing every week.

Bagel was over cooked, and tough to chew. Most DD put the cream cheese on it for you, not this one, then ask you for a tip? Dunkin Midnight coffee ☕️ was done correctly.
