I came around 1:30 in the afternoon and the inside was closed. I sat in the drive through for 20min just to be told I couldn’t order food. For a coffee place you’d think they can make a decent coffee. Nope. It’s either watered down or tastes like hand sanitizer. I normally try to go around 5:30/6 before work but they are never open even though the app says they are. Staff is rude and dosent care about the customers. Guess they hire anyone now a days.

I am so disappointed in this store! It has been going down hill consistently! Always out of something takes forever to get you stuff. Today was the last time I’ll go there. I order my normal iced coffee and it’s a large right…. It comes 1/4 empty. I asked why she said it’s pre measured and that’s how it is! I pay for a large not a medium and this is what I got! SMH never again Dunkin’

I use to work at this location back in 2021; a few things have changed since I’ve last worked there and I still know the owner and a few of the people. The owner changed their hours for closing from 10pm to now 9pm because the other restaurant he opened up closes at 9 and found it easier if both his restaurants closed at the same time.

I came into this location one morning wanting a specialty drink and the sourdough breakfast sandwich. My drink was A1 – I ordered my sandwich with crispy bacon, and extra bacon (paid extra, no problem), and I want to tell you that this location delivered 100%. I wish this was my local DD, unfortunately it is not but anytime I am in the Loganville area, I definitely will visit this location! I mean, just look at my sandwich! It was absolutely delicious!

I was disrespected by a rude and unprofessional employee at this location when she reached out to get my credit card and said ” Please Don’t Touch Me.” I asked her what she ment by that and she walked away without answering me. The Manager was just as worse b/c her response to me was ” Maybe She Just Don’t Want To Be Touched.” Been going to this location for years, but now I think it’s time for me to go elsewhere. I have tried to make contact with the Owner of the Franchise but no success with that. I fear this location is harboring an employee with biases, prejudices or racist tendencies.

I have been ordering thru the Dunkin app for mobile pick up at this location for a while it is supposed to be a convenient for guest to pick up there order and go but the manager of this location turns it off which makes it very inconvenient for people to get there order on the go and by pass having to stand in line or go thru the drive thru also sometimes the front door is even locked preventing you from getting in to get your order I have also done a survey on the receipt a few days ago and requesting a call back but that has yet to happen I would highly recommend using a different Dunkin and not this location poor service and poorly managed..,,

I was at Dunkin at 7:30pm on 6/7/23, the guy that was working that shift was so noticeably high. Put my melted ice cream in a plastic container after I asked for a cup. “We don’t have any cups” (I could see the cups behind him). went to go “Get me a spoon” & came back after 5 minutes and handed me one that was right up front. Messed up my my total & almost charged me $17 dollars for ice cream, he definitely would have if I didn’t say something. This isn’t the only time I’ve been to this Dunkin and this employee screwed me. I went one evening to get coffee & he gave me a coffee that was almost WHITE. I said it looked like a lot of cream & he just said I could just take it for free. I don’t want it free I want it correct. Love Christie, Sharmella, & the one brunette girl with a septum piercing & glasses.
