It seems that when I made my post about this location cleanliness of there establishment on 1-23- 26. I even posted pics of there bathroom, and my post got removed from Google reviews. You ask for people’s honest opinion of this establishment and I gave mines. This is not the first time that I have came to this establishment and it wasnt clean.

Coffee is never consistent, yesterday I went to get a brown sugar shaken expresso and it tasted fine. today I got it and it seemed like they poured the whole sweetener in my cup with a drop of coffee. I asked for light ice, was charged $.40, which is fine I’m not complaining but I am annoyed that to compensate for the light ice they decided not to fill up my drink all the way….i would have rather had all of the ice and saved my $.40 cent. The Starbucks here sucks too, take the extra time and go to summer moon they never disappoint!

This location now only allows ordering through a digital kiosk. No human interaction Coffee is not labeled among the dozen or so drinks listed. And I could not pay in cash. I watched 2 other customers walk out while I worked with a server only to find out I can’t pay in cash. 30 year customer.

This is not acceptable. I got home only to see my bagel is hard as a rock & piled with enough cream cheese for 2-3 bagels. It’s also cut up & burnt so bad the dough is non existent. Its just a hard brick with cream cheese

Waited for over an hour for one order and it was made completely wrong and the food cold. No one had name tags and they were providing horrible service being rude and disrespectful towards us after we went in to ask for a remake due it being wrong. Don’t come here unless you want to be talked down to and get less than what you paid for.

Didn’t realize light ice in my iced coffee would mean leaving so much of my cup empty. I used to get dunkin a lot and get iced coffee with light ice and they never did this. Then a couple months later I go and they do this.

Coffee was okay, wait time was not bad. Staff was hard working and efficient, but the food was gross.
The bagel was very stale. Worst of all was the snakin’ bacon. It was a pile of mushy bacon covered in LOTS of sugar and pepper. Not at all the crispy, Carmel used bacon as advertised.
