Employee was mumbling her words so quietly i had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. Told me to wait in a parking spot despite being the only costumer there. Waited 15mins for 3 items. 2 out of the 3 items were wrong. Stay away from this dunkins

I had gotten a large coffee colada and all I did was put my straw in. If the machine needed more mix I would have been more than willing to get a different beverage. This specific Dunkin’ keeps going further and further down. It’s a shame to see businesses with people who just don’t care anymore!!!
Update: my daughter asked if I would like a coffee on the way home and I agreed. Please explain why it says liquid sugar but clearly it’s not. Also tastes like the coffee has been sitting since 6am I give up!

We had two ice coffees, the first one was pretty good but the second one was so awful and bitter, we asked to get more cream in it and pumpkin but it still wasn’t good, I was better off getting a refund instead.

It never fails with this place. I ordered a simple wake up wrap and a coffee. They make me pull up to the trash can while they make it. They finally hand to me, its a bacon egg and cheese crossoint. I should have known something was up when the driver before me had to turn back around.

I come to this location five days a week. I never have an Issue with my food or donuts normally my coffee is a thing that gets messed up, but not often. I just wish they had friendlier people at the drive-through, especially when I am there so often. The manager is very friendly very nice. Just the ladies on the drive-through need to have a better attitude.

This is honestly 1 of 2 of my favorite locations. They’re always very nice, the products are always good, order is always correct. If you hadn’t met their manager, he’s a very nice gentleman! Definitely worth visiting.

they are doing a terrible job at keeping their coffee fresh after 12pm. this is the 3rd day in a row at this specific location that their coffee was to dark and tasted like burnt up coffee. you know it’s burnt when you get cream and the coffee is dark as heck. do better the dunkin on church street will be gaining a new customer you guys lost one.

This Dunkin is just awful. They fill drinks halfway, and it tastes watered down. My iced chai latte was half a cup of basically pure milk.
