The restaurant’s food handling practices are extremely concerning. They leave the chicken sitting in the fryer after it has already been cooked and simply re-drop it to reheat it for orders, which is very unsanitary. The inside of the restaurant has a strong odor, almost like mold that seems to be covered up rather than addressed. staff members do not consistently use gloves while preparing food. Their behavior is also unprofessional; they make faces, laugh, and speak negatively about customers in another language. Overall, the cleanliness, professionalism, and food safety standards have declined significantly, and it is no longer a restaurant I would recommend.

There is a bucket on the table with contaminated water in it. There is no ice for the ice machine. It was my first experience and will be the last. I’m very upset. And you would think the places you go to spend your hard earned money that you work so hard for and get this type of services.

You get good value for your money here. I eat here every 2-3 weeks. My favorite thing to order is the beef Philly cheesesteak and wings. The servings are large and the food is always hot when I receive it, but the service is slow if you pick it up, even when you call ahead. While I prefer to pick up my food myself, I have found that I get my food faster when I order using DoorDash or UberEats. Crazy how I can go in person and order food but I’d be better off using a delivery service (where the listed prices are higher and I also have to tip the driver). Despite this, I feel like it’s worth it given the servicing sizes and flavor of the cheesesteak. Other than that I have no complaints about this establishment. I definitely prefer it over US Wings & Deli (US Wings has better customer service & the food comes out faster but the quality of the food suffers and the serving sizes are smaller there).

I hate that I had to give this 1 star to leave a review. This was my first experience with this restaurant, and I wouldn’t send my dog to eat there! The customer service was terrible and threw so called manager could barely speak English, which wouldn’t be a big deal if he wasn’t trying to be nasty in English. Advised that the order was incorrect, but he refused to correct the order or give a refund. No, I’m sorry, just rude with paint everywhere, including his clothes and hands and a ladder that I had to maneuver around by the counter. I watched many reviews before deciding to try this place, and it was the worst experience I’ve encountered! The only reason I was not on the news was because of Jesus. The food was greasy and salty, and the fries tasted like they were fried yesterday and reheated. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this was deserved.

Food here is great but the service is so slow. Have been waiting for 20 minutes already and the people ahead of me have been here for 40 minutes. The young lady working the register was on facetime with a man. Her phone was making loud noises and she was not in the slightest concerned about the customers

First time I’ve experienced this where all the employees talking about me and laughing. Certain words I know in Spanish so I know they were talking about me. None of the other location is like this and I will never go back to this location at all. I even waited for a long time one day to find out they ran out of fish while I was on my lunch break. The phone is never answered when you call to place an order.
