Honestly, the worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered hashbrowns and instead I got a bag of oily potato that has zero structure and looked more like mashed potatoes. I also got a sausage, egg and cheese that tasted extremely burnt and was still cold. I don’t know how they can mess up food this badly, but I definitely won’t be going back even though I was told I could use my receipt to get a free doughnut.

I arrived at the drive-thru being questioned if I had placed my order at the right location, which I did. When at the window we weren’t greeted and thrown our food( which wasn’t ours). I went inside to tell them and they then take the food and give it to someone waiting outside and throw my bag at me. My whole order wasn’t in the bag. I then said the egg and cheese English muffin is fine without bread since they didn’t have any. I was given a cold slice of cheese and side of egg thrown in a box. I am a Dunkin customer always at the Knightsville location and trying the Summerville location for the first time no wonder they have a horrible rating.

This place is either a hit miss. Sometimes they do rrly well, quick service and nice employees but sometimes it’s not. Sometimes im greeted with EXTREMELY long wait times and even once I came almost an hr before the closed and they said they shut the oven down and couldnt make my order. I ordered a dozen valentine filled donuts for work this morning. To my suprise when shared with coworkers that the donuts have zero filling in them. Summerville doesn’t answer the phone as it goes straight to voice mail and the mailbox is full so I can’t even leave a message. Very disappointed that the holiday filled don’t have filling that they should have. Did not get what I ordered and paid for!

Sat in drive through for 10 minutes (there was no line) young man in a hat was sitting with his arms crossed at the register and laughing when I checked the window to see what was going on. Made me wait and didn’t even try to take my order. Terribly unprofessional and shocking how these are the people that are being hired

Went here to get their sourdough breakfast sandwich. It is a yummy two sunny-side-up bacon and white american cheese delight. They’re always busy but it’s worth the wait.

Made my coffee wrong and when i asked for cream and sugar they just gave me packets of sugar and a cup of cream instead of fixing it themselves. This is unacceptable behavior from dunkin coming from a girl who comes multiple times a week. Made me spill my coffee all over my hoodie. 🙁

I just wish my orders were correct. When they make stuff right, it’s great. But normally it’s wrong. Two sandwiches today were missing the bacon. Yesterday when I tried to get the same sandwiches, they didn’t have avocado. It’s very hit or miss. I literally go here every day.

Visited 6/21/22 around 5am. No donuts. Ordered a grilled cheese and an iced chai latte. I got a cold cheese sandwich and a large milk with spice in it. That’s 10 bucks wasted. I’ve come here maybe three times in the last 2 years and it’s been the same.
