This is my 4th time coming there & I order a family meal with only legs & thighs, get home I got breast &wings and the legs & thighs look like widgets , the chicken was really dark, they gave me 3 tablespoon of mashed potatoes, a box of half cooked biscuits the whole meal was awful. I gave the rest of the meal to the outside dogs & cat around the trash can
I just knew I had dinner for a few days during the snow storm, after eating that one plate I was highly disappointed & to tired from a long day to even take that trip back up the highway

Staff is very immature.
They don’t give you any sauce or eating utensils that’s suppose to come with your order.
Chicken was dry and potato wedges were cold.

Was in drive through waiting on my pick up order. Was told that they wanted me to drive around so that their timer didn’t get messed up. They cared more about the timer than anything else. There was absolutely NO ONE in drive through in front of me or behind me, but they wanted me to drive in circles. Once I got inside there was also no one waiting, fully staffed and alot of people just goofing off. Not happy at all…

We ordered pot pies on the app, paid for them, when we arrived 2+ hours before closing, they said that they were out and the only thing we could get in to replace them is a “famous bowl” which is basically slop. So no. They would not offer a refund of our 35 bucks, and I was told to “maybe go online and ask customer service for a refund.” But couldnt tell me if my money would actually be refunded or not. KfC is garbage. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Mind you I love KFC, definitely my favorite but today was the last straw. One thing I hate is ordering and paying for a 3 piece meal and getting home to a 2 piece. Between New Hope KFC and every McDonalds I don’t know which is worse. Last time I’ll be stopping there before work or any other KFC (Neal Hawkins get all my respect). At least Bojangles in Belmont gets it right every single time and i get to work with the correct order.

The service at this establishment is terrible, I asked for certain items and it wasn’t until I pulled away that I realized the food was inaccurate so upon return to the drive thru the young lady asked what chicken was wrong took the food back as someone else walked through the store with the correct chicken in hand taking it to same young lady that waited. When asked why all of this happened she stated I didn’t fix your food. The food was purchased for my elderly mother so I don’t know how the food tasted.

Ordered a two piece chicken meal with wedges, slaw, and a biscuit. Ordered a leg and thigh but received a thigh and breast instead. Biscuit was so hard it felt like it was made 2 days ago. Didn’t know any of this til I got home. How could anyone serve food like that. There’s no way they couldn’t tell the biscuit wasn’t hard as a brick. I can understand if they ran out of legs but they didn’t even say anything. And the manager was in such a hurry to lock the lobby door she stood there until I walked out. They close at 10:30 pm and we left there at 9:13pm. Closing an hour before closing is ridiculous when they had at least 5 employees working. Used to love this location but tonight was the worst service ever.
