I went here half an hour before they closed. They had already closed the lobby but I could only see a single type of donut on display. An employee told me through the closed glass that drive thru was open. I apparently had 3 choices: 1. Get the available donuts, 2. Wait in the drive thru while they made fresh donuts of the varieties I wanted or 3. Leave. I chose to leave. Their major expenses are employees, not ingredients and they still had employees working until close. It appears they are pinching pennies in order to discard dollars.

Service is bad. The cashier is only friendly to some. After paying for half a dozen donut and a medium size coffee, I stood and waited for at least 10 minutes for my coffee and they did not even bother me to ask what else do I need.

Great coffee! Great atmosphere, awesome merchandise, delicious donuts and a selection to choose from, delicious coffee! Coffee is better than Starbucks and if you are in the lobby you get free refills. Plus they have free Wi-Fi an outdoor seating with umbrellas.

Food is dry, service is slow. I was told that the sandwich I wanted was still frozen and not available, I ordered a donut from the menu and was told that it was discontinued. I waited in line for 10 minutes for my alternate choices and ended up throwing them in the trash half eaten. I visited at 9am.

Let’s see. Been here several dozen times. Past four and five times it’s noticeably going downhill and fast. So much so, I think I’m done with this place. Hash browns are usually cold. Coolata usually is already separating at the bottom. We order on the app less than five minutes before going, and we live about five minutes away. Never have the donuts we order at all. Isn’t the app supposed to alert you they don’t have something so you can choose something else? Apparently not!

We just spent a week in the area from out of state and visited this Dunkin daily-the people are so genuine and the friendliest we’ve encountered on our trip, the donuts are so fresh and soft, and the drinks are made perfectly!

Waited in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. I had cars behind me so it’s not like I could back up. Called into the store and asked what was the issue as I have been in line for over 30 minutes the rude lady stated they were short staff and asked if I would like to cove in and work! How insulting and inappropriate she identified herself as the manager Bridgette. It’s not hard to figure why she’s short staffed.

Terrible experience, no donuts available, very slow, they obviously need some serious management. As we pulled up to the window all of the workers were confused and disorganized. Got my order wrong and dropped my food out the window. Never coming back.
