As someone who works in the restaurant industry in a corporate position i was actually truly sadden to notice certain things during my visit.

The employees smelled like Marijuana, I was cut off from speaking several times at the drive thru intercom, was told they knly had plain bagels, given attitude when I then pulled around, no receipt and after all that she was talking to her coworker and never gave me all my items, so I had to come in.

What really did it for me was when I came in she just looked at me plainly and said it’ll be up in a moment… as I proceed to watch another lady prepare a non plain bagel for a order….wow. She said it’s ready and threw it up on the pickup stand.

Im not someone who sits in the parking lot of an establishment and writes a long review but this was just… wild to say the least. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t have to worry about me returning and ill be reaching out to your franchisee leadership.

i am a frequent customer and usually do not have many issues other than my drink tasting different every time i come and the price being different. however one of the workers here has no sense of customer service whatsoever. i received a cup that had a gash in it that caused my drink to spill in my cup holder. i then had to drive back to the store after realizing and when i told the worker about it she proceeded to make it seem like I caused it. she did give me a new drink but it was “made” in under a minute and tastes like milk rather than matcha. don’t waste your time here

Slowest dunkin I have ever been to. They lost two of our 3 mobile orders after we were waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes. A simple bagel and cream cheese tasted expired and dry. Rude employees and the place seems like it is run by a 5 year old. Please do better.

I’ve been coming in every day and my drink has been good. This morning through the drive thru it taste different. It tasted like a coffee and not a latte. I went it and kindly inform them. The girl who made it IMMEDIATELY gave me attitude. There was literally no reason. I just wanted it remade and she just consistently gave me attitude. She only added more flavor so I just threw it away and walked out.

I gave this location a 1 because you have to rate something otherwise I would opt for a 0! This is the 3rd and last visit I will give this store. The individual or young lady who works the drive through is the absolute worse! I ordered at 12pm, mind you, I remember the time because she pointed it out along with many expletive words, upset about being at work?!?! Each time I have gone to the drive through, she opens the window, states the total and then immediately slams the door back. Not once have I been given the opportunity to respond so that my app may be scanned. Her attitude is horrible along with her service. This cannot be the service expectation of dunkin’, as I am normally a frequent flyer at the Lake Murray boulevard location in which I receive outstanding service! I will no longer be a customer at this location and good luck to anyone else who does go there!

Came last night with my daughter and her 2 friends to grab a few doughnuts. When we got there the door was locked but we got there during business hours. We saw a lady and 2 kids inside and they were gesturing for us to go around. So we go through the drive through and everything my daughter wanted they didnt have. So she ended up just getting one cake doughnut that was extremely nasty and she ended up throwing it away. Will never return here. Terrie service. And no food

One word to describe this Dunkin: disappointing. I had an employee snap in my face and roll her eyes at me when I asked for a straw. My mobile order was completely messed up and the employees acted as if they had never seen the ticket and I was lying about my order even after giving them my receipt back and pulling up the order on my phone. An employee threw my food at me hastily and rolled her eyes in my face. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, will be talking my business to any other Dunkin to avoid the drama and disrespect.

On Monday, September 29th between 11:45am/noon my sister and I visited this Dunkin Donuts. There were 6 to 7 cars in the drive thru, so we went inside the location. Inside the location there were 8 to 10 people waiting for app orders. There were 5 employees behind the counter along with a small child between 2 to 3 years old that belonged to 1 of the employees. A female employee waited on a customer in line ahead of us at the register and then walked away. My sister and I then walked up to the register and waited. There was a female employee working the drive thru. A male employee was assisting those waiting inside the store for app orders. The 3 remaining female employees were standing around talking to each other while the child walked around touching everything behind the counter. All 5 employees at some point walked past us at the register and never acknowledged us. After waiting at the register for over 5 minutes, I said to the group of employees that we were not waiting for an app order and wanted to make a purchase. The male employee told us that we needed to submit an app order. A customer then spoke up and said that a current app order had over a 1 hour wait time. I then told the male employee that I didn’t want to make an app order, was currently in the store, had been waiting at the register, and wanted to make a purchase. He then yelled at me that they were busy and he would not take my in store purchase order. None of the other employees said anything and continued talking to each other. My sister and I then left the location without another word or purchase.

I understand that the store probably was very busy because of the free National Coffee Day; however, there were 5 employees in the store with only 2 of them actually taking orders and completing them. Three of them were standing around “busy” talking and complaining loudly about different customers. They also were not watching whomever’s child was behind the counter. He was touching all the equipment and had access to the food, knives and hot surfaces. We observed the child touch a hot surface while waiting at the register. This is a health code violation and safety issue.

We were customers inside the store during normal business hours, waiting patiently to make a purchase, refused service without cause and unable to receive our free coffee or order food. We were denied service and yelled at just because we don’t want to order our food thru the app while inside the store. I will never return and take my business to their competitors.

Was informed they no longer sell an item I mobile ordered (which I went to the other Dunkin and retrieved right after). Didn’t offer to solve the issue or refund me for said item. Staff also didn’t add any add ons to my avocado toast that I paid for. It’s worth the drive to the Devine street location because I just wasted money trying this location out.

Hi, I was a customer that came in this morning around 9:30am on Monday, September 22nd, 2025. I was ordering through the drive-thru, after each item I was ordering the employee proceeded to say “anything else?”, each time, to the point that she completed my order and told me to pull up to the window to pay, when I had in fact not completed my order. I proceeded to say “I am not done ordering yet.” She proceeds to take the rest of my order and tells me to pull up to the window. I go to the window and she hands me my food and drinks but as I am checking all of my items I see that she got my order wrong so I said “I didn’t order this, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a egg and cheese croissant sandwich.” The employee said, “no you didn’t.” I reiterate my order to her and she turns to her coworker, who seemed to look like the manager or assistant manager, and says right in front of me, “now she’s saying she ordered a bagel with cream cheese when she didn’t.” And they both started to giggle. She then says “I already rung you up.” I then say, “ok well can you redo that and ring me up for what I actually ordered originally.” She then says, “no I can’t because there are cars behind you waiting.” I find that so unprofessional. It was such an easy fix that could have been done without any issues and resolved quickly and respectfully but she made it a big deal to where I had to pull into a parking spot and walk into the store myself and repeated what I had ordered again. When I walked in, both employees were laughing and being very disrespectful. It was 2 girls working this morning shift, one was black and the other looked Hispanic. I hope management and corporate addresses this concern immediately, as a customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Customers should never feel dismissed, laughed at, or inconvenienced.
