Staff was a amazing trying to remedy the situation because they had no more pies and the pineapple slushie machine was in defrost and replace the pie they gave one cookie so not worth 17 bucks after tax make sure the pie and pineapple slush is available before u purchase. Again staff was amazing

Filthy. Toilets have not been cleaned out in a long time and parts of the ceiling in the dining room are falling down. At least 20 flies in the bathroom and the food tastes like very old oil. The soda machine was out of half of the flavors and they were out of kids meal toys.

The burgers here have never changed with respect to flavor. I much prefer my burgers charbroiled to grilled, and without mustard. Yhe double Whopper with cheese has always been a favorite.

Getting back into the mood to write reviews again, but I am here to leave a warning. Last time I ate hear, I placed an online order where every item is listed on the receipt. They missed 2 sandwiches and a side, contacted corporate and they told me the best they could do was for me to drive back 15 miles to town and replace the hamburgers instead of a refund. This store and franchise need to go! We NEED local development instead, where the food doesnt taste like liquid smoke on a burnt tire. 0/5

Arrived at the store to see a sign that says, BROILER is not WORKING! NO MEAT!
My wife ordered fish and I had a brisket Jr.
The lavatory facilities were hot and the flies were everywhere
We were told we needed to substitute something for the brisket. I choose fish as that was what my wife was having.
I should have received a refund of the price difference of $0.40 cents
While waiting for our order the female asst manager yelled at someone in the drive-through, “IF THAT’S THE WAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE, CHARGE THEM TRIPLE!!!”

The cashier was beyond ride to the family in front of us. It was purely based off of race. Me and the person I was with were treated great. Lisa (cashier) complained about everything they did at the counter. They got a drink and she said what would do you want to drink and they said water and she got upset and told them they HAVE to put water in there cups . When they asked for water to drink. They asked for ketchup, there was three people in there group and she gave a tiny amount of ketchup. Then when giving more ketchup ( packets this time) she threw them onto there tray with a little to much force cause she was viably upset. When they said to kindly not throw them at them cause they asked politely. She continued to yell and scream at the customers and carry on in the back loudly to her peers.
She was so insubordinate to her manager and arguing and the manager was trying to get her to calms down and handle it professionally. She continued yelling and telling the customers she was allowed to kick them out . It was a ridiculous move on her part and she does not need to be in customer service.
