The food and coffee were great, but the customer service fell short of expectations. The team didn’t offer the warm, friendly atmosphere we typically experience at other Dunkin’ locations or even nearby competitors. If you’re looking for an upbeat vibe, this may not be the best fit. This location also seems more focused on drink preparation than food service.

Staff is pleasant and coffee products are wonderful. Maybe I’m just getting tired of dunkin’ donuts but they seem to have lost a little of their gloss and I have found some local stores that have a better tasting and textured donuts. Atmosphere is like most of the modern fast food places, rather austere really no atmosphere. Give me back the old booze tucked neatly together where you can have a private conversation

This Dunkin’ Donuts is horrible. Ordered a $6 shaken espresso drink and when I picked it up, it was not nearly full. I politely asked the worker why it was so low, and her solution was “want me to add more ice?” – no. I want you to fill the drink with the contents I paid for. The workers are consistently very rude, my orders are consistently wrong, and food is consistently burnt. Workers offer empathy when you mention how wrong your order was. Only reason I’m giving this location 2 stars instead of one is because the manager is very nice and tries to fix the workers mistakes. Unfortunately she isn’t there often enough to fix their constant mistakes

This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve been to as far as waiting. Great employees but the drive thru or waiting inside is insane! There’s always a long wait time. No one should have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and a bagel. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

This place blows, hate it’s the only dunkin near my house but I’ll for sure be taking my money across the street every morning to the Starbucks next door. Told everyone working the drive thru thank yoy , was kind, and at the end told them to have a great day. Nothing not even one word. They just looked at me like I was crazy. Terrible customer service. I was in the drive through and I ordered a drink on the menu by saying can I please have….. and the worker replied condescendingly “no you may not”. To which I said oh okay sorry it’s on your menu and he said yes but we are out until the truck comes In ( understandable but an I’m sorry we don’t have that at the moment would have sufficed) I ordered another drink and a pink donut with sprinkles for my daughter and when I ordered the donut his reply was “ you can have a donut with no sprinkles” . I’m not sure who hires this employee however they need training in customer service. I canceled my order and went to Starbucks. I would rather pay more to be spoken to better.

The workers here are not friendly at all. While standing at the counter, we were told we could either use the computer to order or wait and they’d be “right” with us. I explained that the donuts my kids wanted weren’t even listed on the computer, nor were the on-tap drinks. The worker just responded with, “oh.”
After waiting another 10 minutes, we asked again if maybe we were missing a section on the computer to order donuts, but not a single worker bothered to respond. We finally just walked out.
I don’t know why I thought this visit would be any different, this location has been below par from the beginning. If you actually want good donuts, take the 15-minute drive to Mercy’s Daylight Donuts in Mooresville. Much better options and better service.

This place can NEVER get your order right. How hard is it to make a “hot” coffee? If places that are known for coffee cannot make it right then who can? The latte was cold as Antartica. Previous visits have also yielded same results and that too at 8 in the morning on a weekday!!!!
This place needs a new management who is better at hiring people who can make and serve better coffee.
Update 9/12: The new male server working here is RUDE!!! He does NOT get the order right and raises his tone if you repeat more than once to help him get the order right. This place keeps going downhill.

One star service staff, horrible they misheard my order I asked for the bacon snack bites somehow a croissant went in there to get it changed and they told me I ordered it wrong and deal with it instead of giving me a refund or just remaking it I don’t care about the price difference They just sat there and stared at me. Donuts were hard tasted stale. Need to be remade.
