This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve been to as far as waiting. Great employees but the drive thru or waiting inside is insane! There’s always a long wait time. No one should have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and a bagel. GET IT TOGETHER!!!

I normally don’t post a lot of reviews but I have no idea what’s happening at this location. Even when there’s no one in line, it takes 15 minutes (every time I go) to even order. And most of the workers are too busy dancing or talking to even pay attention to anything you say whenever you get to the window to pay. I went today, hoping for a better experience, trying to give everyone the benefit of the doubt since some places are short staffed these days, and once again…half of my order was missing and it took forever to even order. There was only one other person in line and it took them forever to take her order too. Something needs to improve or a lot of people (myself included) are going to start going to less convenient locations simply because there’s better service.

I was in last week with my two children who wanted to use their gift cards. We waited a minute or two and not one of the three workers acknowledge us, so we decided to use the self checkout kiosk. It was glitching and we were not able to input in everything we needed, we were also not able to use a gift card to pay. We tried to get a workers attention and not one would look at us at all. We waited about 5 minutes before walking out… it seems this location is more interested in the drive through line than inside customers, they should just close the inside indefinitely. We won’t be back to this location.

Had a horrible, unacceptable experience this morning. Placed my order, paid at the window. Was handed some items but a couple things I ordered were forgotten. I nicely told them I was missing my items. After being handed them I said thank you can I please get a straw for my drinks. She said they’re in the bag, I looked over in my bag and said I’m sorry but they’re not, she argued with me and then got a straw. I said thank you l, took the straw and began driving away. She then stuck her head out the drive through window and screamed you’re so rude. So I stopped and asked her for a manager which she refused at first, saying she was in the freezer, so I said that’s fine I can wait then she told me she wasn’t getting her because I was holding up her line. She finally got the manager so I could discuss what happened. The manager was very apologetic. This Dunkin gets a bad wrap for being rude, taking 45 minutes for a cup of coffee and the inability to function, but yet I have given it a chance time after time. Today I was called rude for asking for a straw for my coffee and then was also told I “snatched it out of her hand”. In no way was I aggressive getting the straw for my coffee. Until management can address the unprofessional behavior this place will fail. They lost my daily business and I promise this won’t be the last time someone is treated so poorly. Extremely disappointed.

Every time I try to get Pumpkin Spice anything, the place (several different locations that I’ve tried, and even at different times) has been out of it. I don’t understand why they don’t order more than they need, because they are always selling out of it and it’s very frustrating!!!

I’m not sure if they chose to let two new people run the store for the day but I was in the drive thru for 35 minutes. It took 10 mins to actually get to order with one car in front of me. I finally get to the window and I could see two young people in there pretty much just standing around. There was nobody inside ordering so I’m not sure what they were doing. When the guy finally came to the window I paid and got part of my order. I was missing several items. I ordered 2 bagels and both of them were pretty much burnt. After 25 mins of being there he finally comes back to the window basically asking what I’m still doing there. I told him what I was missing and then finally about 10 mins later he comes back with everything. I understand people have to learn the job but there was no reason two people that seem like they don’t know what they’re doing should be the only ones working.

Just don’t. They are so unorganized, and it’s always a waste of time, money, and my patience. Dunkins is just not the same as it used to be. I ran a Dunkin Donuts in my teenage years in New England with just 3 people better than this place with 7 employees. It’s chaos, and no one has any idea what is going on.

Just sat in a drive though line stuck for an hour and a half with 2 cars in front of me at the drive through line. It’s actually a good dunkin as long as your okay with terrible service and horrible manners “What are you getting” (as my greeting). So if you have a spare 2 hours on a Friday morning it’s the best choice!

Apparently taking an order is too much work for the guy when there’s legit no other customers. He simply pointed to the kiosk. Also how hard is it to wipe down one of your THREE tables.

Drive-through is getting ridiculous long. I waited in line over 20 minutes to give my order in the drive-through. Way to long!!!!! Need to get a better system or hire people to deal with orders online, so that one person can man the drive-though station properly.
