I loved this location last year but it’s been going down hill. If mobile ordering, probably just park across at food lion and walk in to pick up. I get stuck in drive thru often. Went a few days ago and slowed down drive thru because they couldn’t find my mobile order for a matcha latte. When found, it was iced coffee with my matcha sticker. They had to remake and this took close to 10 mins. Went again just now hoping last time was just an off day for staff but the hashbrowns tasted very off and my frozen matcha had A BUNCH of burnt coffee bean pieces at the bottom. (See photos) How does this even happen? I used to love this place 🙁

I went to this location just to order a large hot coffee. I waited over 10 minutes for my coffee and then when I get home I find a cup full of coffee grinds…. This is ridiculous!!!!!

Oh dear, this place is a total dumpster fire. They got my name wrong, messed up my order, didn’t give me cutlery or straws for my drinks, I also only got given half an egg bite which was covered in coffee grinds…. (see my photo below) lol what even….so gross. I would never return to this location. So nasty and clearly no one on staff knows what they are doing

I gave this location one more chance and it disappointed once again. I order my coffee EXACTLY how I want it and they still don’t make it right. I don’t understand what is so difficult. Not giving my business to them anymore. I would rather drive down the road and spend $10 on a coffee at Starbucks and have it made correctly.

Staff did not know how to do a Dunkin energy punch. They were about 8 on the staff and nobody could do it. They tried to give me a drink but it was not even close. Try to ask to talk to the manager and they had no manager onsite.
