This is the nicest and best place to go at 5am when they open they have great employees and the food is great too. I’m coming to this Dunkin everyday no matter how many coffee shops are around I love seeing Jessica,Tina, Ann, and others. And the new general manager Mara is doing a great job of turning this store around to be better. Since she got here I’ve had no complaints and service and workers attitudes have been perfect.

Dunkin’ is under new management, again. I give the employees credit for trying. I usually get a hot latte with mocha and toasted almond (sometimes I get an extra shot of espresso)and donut in the morning. I understand that they are almost all new employees and they have to learn many different drinks. They are doing their best. Thanks everyone. I will continue to patronize this establishment because everyone I have encountered here has been so nice and friendly. My order may not be perfect all the time; it is most of the time. I enjoy the atmosphere.

I’m not a customer, but my wife is. Or was. Since the pandemic, the drive thru has been the only option to get anything, and it currently takes about 5 minutes per car. This morning took, no joke, more than 40 minutes from the time we got in line until we got her coffee, which was ordered ahead of time online.

This is the worst dunkin ever employees are rude there’s always a line when I go. Then there’s this mgr that acts like she don’t know how to run a shift u would think she was a crew member the way she acts they Def need a new management team I will never ever give my business here again just need to shut this location down there always out of doughnuts or have a few selection of doughnuts before 12 every day out of the new wraps it always something there out of when I go this don’t make sense

I have never been treated so rudely. My order was practically thrown out of the drive thru window at me by the manager. After discovering my order was wrong I pulled back around to have it fixed only to get yelled at by the manager on duty for “wasting donuts” that she can’t take back. She then began chastising the woman working the drive thru for not clarifying the order when the manager was the one who took my order. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Stopped in on a Sunday to pick up a dozen doughnuts for staff at a nearby facility at 4pm. Had to ring the bell for service. They had no variety and I asked for fresh doughnuts bc they appeared hard and flies were having a field day. Was told the doughnuts were made in the morning, and that was left. No fresh doughnuts to be made. Wow! What a business! Should be named dodging doughnuts.

This location use to be amazing, but they are not anymore. They lock the lobby doors and only take drive thru orders. They had me waiting inside for 25 mins and never even came to get my order. They also aren’t great at making the coffee drinks. This location needs to be closed or re-staffed.

Shut it down. This has to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been in. Sat in the drive thru for close to 10 minutes and no response. Decided to come in. It’s just as bad. I think the employees don’t realize that without customers there is no income. The owner must need an underperformed store for a tax right off. It all starts at the top. The owner apparently does not care so why should the employees.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spiced Signature Latte. When the Barista went to hand it to me she realized it wasn’t correct, went to correct it. When she finished correcting it she then scooped the toppings off and placed the flat lid on the cup and handed it to me with no explanation why.
