I’m a very loyal dunkin customer. i place online orders there all the time. however i usually go before work with enough time to make it to work on time, but there’s been times like today for example, where they mess up my order and i don’t have enough time to go back and have my order fixed. i tried calling the store and they hang up or the number says it’s no longer in service. i worked at dunkin’ donuts in illinois and i know that 3 hash browns isn’t what comes in an order of hash browns and that’s what i got today. overall im not very happy with the service, there’s also been times where i try explaining that my order from the day before is wrong at the drive through, and the person at the speaker completely cuts me off and just tells me to pull forward. that’s not very good customer service and I KNOW because i work customer service. I’m not a very complicated customer, i don’t yell or raise my voice or ever demand free food, i simply wanted to make sure i got my order made correctly.

The African American gentleman who takes orders needs to be more articulate and not use slang. This is where Starbucks, Clutch and so many others will not make exceptions when hiring because it’s so important when reciting a coffee order. The young lady who ran our food out to our car was EXCEPTIONAL! Hashbrowns were very soggy and the croissants were extremely overcooked. Not the best experience, but DD is not considered the gold standard as it pertains to coffee/breakfast so my expectations were not high to begin with. 3 stars.

My husband and I have came here twice so far and each time they have gotten something with our order wrong the one gentleman wants to touch food without gloves and I’m a breastfeeding mother of a month and a half old babygirl and I don’t know where your hands have been and also today I got 2 orders of hash browns that I’ve had to get fresh cause they cooked it in old grease it’s ridiculous

Service was great, coffee seemed a bit overly strong and the donuts didn’t appear to be very fresh. Donuts were still good but slightly stale outer layer. Made one of my sons nauseous but he’s also not a frequent sugary eater. Smelled like heaven going into store and very clean. First time we tried it. Probably won’t do it again though.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spiced Signature Latte. When the Barista went to hand it to me she realized it wasn’t correct, went to correct it. When she finished correcting it she then scooped the toppings off and placed the flat lid on the cup and handed it to me with no explanation why.

Although the Green Goddess wrap is not available at this location, the other wrap with chicken was a great substitute. It tasted really good. The staff were very nice as I came to this location twice this week. My food and coffee was hot and tasted really good. I read the other reviews and hope the food and supplies can be replenished to accommodate the orders requested, but I still had a positive experience.

Possibly the worst coffee experience I ever had. I doubt there is any coffee in my drink for all I taste is crepe. My boyfriend got a LG mocha latte and it just taste water down.
Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts and waste your money- your order will be wrong. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

I have given this location many chances I’m always nice. I spend a lot of money here bc it is convenient. There’s only 2 people that work there that act like they actually care. It is always out of something. Including Carmel syrup which i would think is something you should stock up on. Instead of telling me they were out of English muffins and asking what else they could do they hand a cold hard croissant and cold hard sausage the cheese was cold. And cold soggy hashbrowns. I honestly am going to avoid this location and just leave earlier to get to the one by my job that never makes you wait long and doesn’t give cold food out. Crazy.

Multiple days in a row mobile order incorrect. Green Matcha Tea and was attempted to be handed twice a coffee order, then had to pull forward and wait on new drink…then was given wrong food item a 2nd time. Ordered an assortment of donut holes and was only given 2 flavors?! So I guess they ought make 2 flavors in the mornings?? Very disappointed
