To start off the wait was short and we were seated fairly quick.
Kinda downhill after that.
Upon being seated we were given a basket of bread, they only have 4 in the basket & we had 7 people. They refilled it once…the entire time we were there (no matter how many times we asked)
When ordering appetizers we were told they were out of half, that’s crazy but we still went ahead and ordered. Salad was great, chicken dippers were tiny and not worth it. Pickle chips and jalapeño balls were pretty decent.
Get to the entrees and wouldn’t you know, they had a list of items they didn’t have… including shrimp and a few other things. It wasn’t even 7pm yet how can they be out already when it’s not wvwn half way through their say yet?
Definitely ruined my dining experience as everything I personally ordered was unavailable or half there.
The 2 people in the group that ordered ribs said they were chard to a crisp, they were overdone and crunchy to eat. No complaints about the burgers that were ordered. Steaks were also cooked to likings.
Service was hit and miss, when the waitress was there she was friendly but she was rarely there. Plates began to stack up fairly high and heavy around the end of the table. Only 1x did they remove the stack of dirty plates, and the guy who did wasn’t even serving our area, he just noticed how big it was! Good on him.
Not sure I’d chose this restaurant to come back too. Seemingly overpriced for what we experienced and the food itself.

We went to TRH for a pit-stop on valentine’s day for lunch. Our server was DJ, he was phenomenal. We had great service, food, experience, the first line of defense being DJ, so this is my shout out ! Shout out to the kitchen staff too for perfectly cooked food, especially our steak:) Shout out to good management for having such good service prepared for a busy day !

Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Wife and I split the sirloin and BBQ chicken as well buffalo wings. The steak and chicken were good perfect. Our server was excellent. Love this place. Of course the hot rolls and butter were awesome.

My husband and I recently had dinner at Texas Roadhouse, and I felt like I needed to share this because first impressions really do matter.
I didn’t catch the hostess’s name, but she had long dark reddish hair and was wearing a dark gray hat. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such a warm, genuine smile. She wasn’t overly rehearsed or robotic she was just naturally friendly and kind. As she walked us back to our table, she made light conversation and had this upbeat, positive energy that honestly lifted my mood after a long day.
I’ve been coming the Flagstaff location for years, and I’ll be honest I’ve had a few experiences at the host stand that felt rushed or a little dismissive. Nothing terrible, but enough to make you feel like you’re just the next number in line. That’s why this stood out so much to me. She made us feel welcome, not processed.
At this stage in life, you really appreciate good customer service because it’s becoming harder to find. Personalities like hers make a difference. She set the tone for our entire evening, and it started our experience off on such a positive note.
I truly hope we see her again the next time we come in. If you have more team members like her greeting guests, it makes people like me want to keep coming back.

Everything was very delicious, seasoned perfectly, the best steak I have ever eaten, even the Nuggets were delicious, not to mention the well-salted potatoes and delicious Caesar salad. The Hamburger was also amazing. The service was very nice, we were served by a young guy who was incredibly helpful

The steak was not cooked to order; it was clearly just reheated, which is disappointing you can really tell.
The ribs were not hot, only lukewarm.
The vegetables were described as “fresh vegetables,” but they were clearly frozen and of very poor quality. On top of that, they were brought out when I had almost finished eating.
The only positive point was the mashed potatoes hard to mess those up.

Jordan was an awesome server he provided great customer service and a great opinion on food. It was a bit warm in our area where other areas were cooler. the food was somewhat spendy but worth it. This was our first time going. the biscuits and cinnamon sugar butter were delicious. I had a crusted chicken breast with corn and and ceaser salad it was great the chicken breast was juicy. The rest of the family loves their meal we all left stuffed and happy.

What’s NOT to love about Texas Roadhouse? The fall-off-the-bone baby backs were tender and delicious! The freshly baked rolls were as usual- to die for! The drinks were plentiful and refreshing! The portions were, yes, take home worthy!

Great service and food. Reasonably priced. you can call ahead and get on the wait list. Also they have early bird specials during the week of you eat before 5. Love the peanuts in the bag. Shrimp was very good. Nice size salad.
