If you’re in St. Louis, Hi-Pointe is a must-try. The vibe is fun, energetic, and super welcoming from the moment you walk in. I tried the “Good Burger” car burger they featured from the old Good Burger movie, and it did not disappoint — juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly.
Our waitress was upbeat and attentive, which made the experience even better. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Definitely coming back!

Heard alot of things about the place, good and bad. Although i wouldn’t rank the food the best to say its bad it just hating. But thats what St. Louis is known for. The best part of the meal seems to be what they won an award for. The fries. The seasoning is nice and they cook well. The burgers aren’t far off the mark but the shake was my least favorite. I tried a traditional burger to compare to other places and i also tried the fan favorite Arch Burger. The fries sauce adds a nice mix to the meal and the service is TopTier. Especially for a burger place. 2 thumbs up for customer service. The stop is worth it jist to experience one of the cities well known spots. Will it make a list of favorites…wellll

My aunt and I went on Nov 8th 2025. The staff member that helped my aunt decide what to choose and his favorite, he was amazing!! Such a good vibe and amazing customer service from him as well!! Food was amazing as always!!! The absolute ONLY thing that I’m really super sad about is that they took away the butterscotch shakes I drove 2 hours for just for that shake alone!!!! It was my absolute favorite and I was looking forward to it soo much and I was craving it. Please pretty please bring it back!!! Regardless I’m still coming back cause I love yall and the customer service!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+ Experience at High Point Burger (Zoo Location)
Blown away by the customer service and the phenomenal food at High Point Burger near the zoo! We lucked out with a great parking spot right in front, and when we walked in around 5:00 PM on a Saturday, there was no line at all—even though the restaurant was clearly busy and full of energy.
The atmosphere was fantastic. From our table, we had a great view of the actual Good Burger car from the movie Good Burger, which was such a fun and nostalgic touch. There’s also a heated outdoor seating area filled with bright sunlight, making the whole space feel warm and welcoming.
What truly set this place apart was the exceptional customer service. The general manager, David, personally welcomed us and even brought our food to the table. We were checked on several times by friendly employees asking if we needed anything. At one point, as I was walking my tray toward the trash, an employee actually ran over to help and took the tray from me, insisting on handling it himself. That level of attentiveness is rare and genuinely appreciated.
It honestly reminded me of the kind of customer service we used to experience before COVID—personal, thoughtful, and proactive. On top of that, they even gave me $5 for signing up for the rewards program, which was a great bonus.
Between the amazing food, fun atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality, this place easily earns a +5-star rating. Highly recommend, and we’ll absolutely be back!

The prices overall are reasonable, the staff is extremely friendly, but watch the add ons. I expected our 2 items to come to half of what it did. Didn’t know we were paying so much extra for every thing we were asked if we wanted on our burgers. I should have looked closer or asked, but just something for any other first timers to watch out for. Very cool/fun atmosphere and the food was excellent.

Amazing food and they have the real-life original Good Burger car from the Good Burger movie outside! They serve their signature sauce, along with plenty of other sauces, at the tables and the signature sauce is DELICIOUS!!! The environment is a little noisy, not over-crowded and very cool inside and out. Indoor and outdoor seating available! The staff here are very friendly/funny and make great conversation too 🙂 I can’t remember his name but one worker especially was very kind and made us laugh HARD. As he said, “the vibes are all here” 🙂
