Close your location. Yall consistently cannot keep hires and apparently consistently cannot count.. We ordered a Frozen Coffee and a Coolata with a small amount of coffee.
What we got was not consumable we had to buy milk on the way home so we can use our ninja blender to fix these drinks.
Instead of four pumps in the frozen coffee it has to be almost 8 pumps of coffee concentrate, it immediately started pooling at the base of the drink.. And for the Coolata it has to be at least 6 pumps. This is disgusting. PLEASE DO ROANOKE RAPIDS A FAVOR AND CLOSE DOWN make it into a panera or something else. The Dunkin location at Oasis always gets it right even with new hires.

Was very disappointed yesterday. Stopped by around 6pm and they hardly had anything.
My 82 yr old mother wanted glazed and jelly filled donuts. My spouse wanted variety pack of donut holes. It was sad. I asked why they didn’t just make more and was informed they were shipped in from Raleigh.
Ny’Asia was very patient with me while I texted what y’all had and find out if my mom or husband wanted any of what was left.
I did leave with dozen donuts coffee and just 15 jelly filled donut holes, but they were not what we had a hankering.
Perhaps someone should plan better for popular items to last longer.

Coffee taste like mud! Dude opened the drive through window and the smell of weed almost took me out. The smell was horrendous. Not sure which was worst. They really need to shutdown!

I am completely surprised with these reviews after having come from the Halifax location and having a completely HORRENDOUS experience (review included on their page). I was shocked to find out they’re owned and operated by the same people (or management) because this store was busier than the other store, but we were greeted promptly, professionally, and pleasantly. The service was fast and top notch. A mistake was made that they fixed very professionally AND quickly. This was an amazing experience compared to the other Dunkin’ Donuts.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. The coffee and food decent, if they get your order right, but they are extremely slow. Unfriendly. Never greet you. Heaven forbid you do a mobile order to attempt pick it up because they hoard them behind the counter and don’t call any names to let the people waiting know who they order is for. All the chairs are still on top of the tables so forget sitting in the restaurant. It’s as if they don’t want your business and hope you never return.

Staff goes over and beyond to adjust if need be to a drink. Super friendly. I had an accident with my purchase and they helped me ot. 1 even offered to carry to the car for me. I appreciate that so much.

Just left this store after waiting at the counter for 10 minutes. 2 idiots in the back talking and laughing never once checked the front counter. There were unfinished iced coffees sitting out, the bathrooms were disgusting, the donut trays looked ransacked. I called the store 2x to get them to the front and they didn’t answer. Do better.

Surrounded by a large parking lot, you won’t have trouble using their drive through. Never have I encountered traffic that was unbearable at this dunkin. Great stopping point if in the area.
