If you must go to this Dunkin, go through the drive through. Been here multiple times when the in store kiosk is down and multiple employees behind the counter that are hyper focused on the drive through but no one is attending the counter. At least not regularly. If you just want a quick cup of fast food coffee, McDonald’s is like 300 ft away, probably faster and cheaper.

I had to rely on my coworkers to train me, but they also had not been trained properly. It was a lot of work for all of us.

I don’t normally do reviews, but this Dunkin drive thru consistently gets your orders wrong. Every single time I order here, they give me the wrong drink – I’ll correct them and they STILL give me the wrong drink. On really simple orders like a regular hot coffee

Ordered coffee, it was warm not hot. No sign to stop at the window for pickup, little confusing.

Our order was placed at the counter. We ordered decaffeinated coffee with half n half. But, they served us half decafe – half regular. We ordered donuts at the same time. Our coffees were handed to us, but instead of serving our donuts the employee helped the guy behind us. That guy selected a variety of 24 different donuts.
