Greeted me with a smile and excellent service. Every member of the staff was courteous and inviting. I live in Durham and have lived in Fort Lauderdale, but if there were more dunking donuts like this I would never go to Starbucks.

Better then Starbucks hands down. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The owner is super friendly and chatty. I am glad to see they got the kinks out since Grand Opening. I lived in Boston for too long and expect a LOT from my D&D…you guys are doing fabulous keep it up!!!

I’m gonna be honest with you guys, this is a new place where they need to hire a lot of people as son as posible, of course people won’t have enough experience, donuts were not the best ones, were dry, but hey, they just open I really hope that they get better and they keep working on it

Sat in the drive through for ten minutes (and counting!) listening to the worker’s side conversations with her coworkers and not having our order taken, despite asking repeatedly when we would. I understand if your machine is not working, but what I don’t understand is the absolute unprofessionalism, muttering to yourself into the microphone about how terrible your system is and hearing you very loudly call us dumb for not taking it is just disappointing. Being stuck in your drive thru for a total of 15 minutes made me late for work, something that shouldn’t happen in an establishment that is supposed to specialize in breakfast. The donut I ended up getting was okay, not terrible but not the best I’ve had, and the restaurant was clean. As a small business owner myself, I sympathize with your struggles with hiring/training. In the end, kindness and maturity are people traits and not things you can train, I just hope that your team will improve with time, as you seem like a very new store.

If I could give this ZERO stars I would. I went through the drive thru on July 4th and had to repeat my order several times and was repeatedly interrupted. It took 10-15 minutes to even get to window and I was the only one in the drive thru. Get to the window and the woman didn’t even say thank you, offer napkins or anything. She had a look in her face like I was wasting her time. Attitude from hell. I sent in my survey and never got a response from DD. I’ll spend my money over at NC Jelly next time. At least they genuinely appreciate your business.

Not once have they gotten my order right. Coffee is never mixed properly and the donuts are stale. These are super easy fixes but somehow they’re consistently bad.

I’m glad there’s a Dunkin’ closer. The service could be better. I always have to remind the younger employees that my mobile order is always missing something. It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead if they’re not looking at the whole order and not just one thing. The olders ladies are much more pleasant when casually speaking to.

Waited 20+ minutes extra on a mobile order. I ordered a refresher and some avocado toast. The wait was Annoying but not my biggest issue! My biggest issue was the gentlemen who handed me my order saying “ Thank you Princess” ::gag:: I wanted to toss my drink at him but was so thirsty from the wait. As a former New Yorker I LOVE Dunkin! But I think imma pay more going forward and continue going to Starbucks!

The general manager Dawn Headen has a insane attitude and mouth with customers. Cursing and everything. She needs to be fired. Her workers look depressed and when she started talking to me the way she did I could tell that it’s happened with more than just me because they just put their head down apologized for her after she wasn’t around. That kind of behavior is unacceptable
