I usually really like Dunkin, but the coffee here is soooooo inconsistent. I don’t understand how you mess up a standardized coffee order at a chain restaurant. I order the same thing each time (including at other locations) and this is the only spot that frequently messes up a simple coffee. Often tastes like dishwater honestly and the food will almost always be cold here. Service is usually great and very kind, but that’s kinda the bare minimum.

I would like to say nice things because usually this dunkin is great. But the last few times i have been there, they have messed up our order so bad, and we’ve had to wait a good 20 minutes to even get it..Just for it to be wrong. I get a Chai everytime with almond milk since I can’t have dairy, and they make it with regular milk every single time. They had to fix it twice today. Also keep giving me a Bavarian instead of Boston creme the last 3 times. I’m just hoping they start going back to normal because I do love Dunkin.

I didn’t rate the atmosphere because I’ve never been inside, we always go through the drive-thru. I always get a medium coffee with 6 sugars, 6 creams and a glazed donut, and it’s less than 5 dollars! A perfect pick me up any time of the day! I also recommend using the app, if you’re going there anyway you might as well be earning rewards! The ladies in the drive-thru are always kind, donuts are always fresh and the coffee is always hot. 5 stars!!

I religiously buy avocado toast from Dunkin’ almost every single morning, I love the avocado mix. However, almost everyday my toast is burnt, I’m not usually one to complain or anything, it’s just that I’m spending like 4 dollars a piece of toast for it to hurt to bite.

Be prepared to wait an hour in the drive thru. I can not comprehend how to takes 15 minutes to make a coffee. People are on their lunch breaks or headed to work. No one wants to wait an hour for a coffee. This town needs a Starbucks.

I went on opening day and was able to get an iced coffee within 5 minutes by going indoors to get it. Excellent service, great employees, and fantastic coffee! I highly recommend this Dunkin!!

I see a lot of people complaining on here and I think it just goes to show everyone’s opinions are different. I go to this Dunkin location atleast 2-3 times a week. Most of the time I always get the same coffee and it’s absolutely delicious every time! I’ve had multiple food items off the menu and they were always fresh. The staff are always super friendly and helpful!

Stopped for donuts around 4pm on a Saturday. Staff did great only 2 people working and 1 left break or done when i walked in? However they was very busy over worked way behind but they kept at it. They need atleast 1 if not 2 more employees staffed. Hopefully for the current workers they get some help but did a great job either way. Donuts was great. Would had given 4 or 5 star if it wasnt such a long wait and that’s not the employees working fault, just need another couple bodies.
