I buy caramel craze lattes when I earn my 500 points I expect to get a caramel craze latte but this isn’t Starbucks they let us get our lattes or whatever we want for only 200 points. This system is a rip off. Change the system or I won’t be back. I don’t feel my money is valued.

I have personally been to another of dunkin donuts up and down the east coast and I have never seen one this slow. There is definitely something lacking with management. The crew seems to be in shambles constantly and can not get it together. I have been to dunks in New York City and had faster service. Something is wrong here.

Extremely long lines and waits, hate the drive thru you literally have to wait if you was just trying to get around to leave because the drive thru is only one lane and the exit unfortunately is after you wait on everyone else if you accidentally go out and around the drive thru side which alot of ppl do bc the lot gets overcrowded
