Praise & appreciation for the person working the drive through window on Friday (01.23.26) @ 8am. I was on my way to see my grandmother & the person that took care of my order was a blessing. Kind, helpful & by far the reason to go back to this location. Quite honestly – until Friday’s redeeming experience … I’ve been avoiding this location bc of previous poor service, poor attitude from other employees & lack of proper supplies.

I’ve been here twice and both times my order was wrong. Both times I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, it was ring up correctly, but I got a croissant that was over toasted and a hug mess to deal with. Not worth a third visit. Skip this DD and go to someplace else

This location has let me down several times, and I knew it was against my better judgment to return. However, I had a gift card and needed a quick bite before heading to get groceries.

Just my luck, as I was about to take my final bites, I saw a fly mixed in with my cream cheese. I instantly felt regret and disgust.

My husband went back to get a refund, and when he informed the staff, they insinuated that I had placed the fly there myself. It took everything in me not to step out of character.

I’ve learned my lesson to never come back.

Came here at 6am to pickup an mobile order. When I arrived at the store, I proceeded to try and walk up however both doors was locked and two different employees were just staring at me..I tried to signal twice if I needed to go around the drive thru which nobody replied just kept staring. Horrible service for 6 freaking Am

My husband went to this location and ordered a mocha ice coffee and a bunch of donuts but specifically 6 chocolate frosted and they gave him one and the rest of the chocolate frosted had sprinkles. We were just going to deal with that until he took a bite into the donut and found a hair. I’ve called 7 times in a row and Facebook message this location with no response. I want my money back.

I said no cheese, the guy confirmed no cheese. And I, lactose intolerant, got cheese. There was even no one behind us or in the store. It was a slow day for them and they still managed to mess up the order. And put way to much pepper on the other sandwich we ordered. Would not recommend unless getting a simple coffee order.

This store double charges for almond milk substitutions on lattes – with no request for “double” or “extra”. There’s no reason for this, as the menu prices and app prices for the same customizations should be the same. It’s the only location I’ve ever been to that does it, and they claim the site supervisor told them to. It is unfair and is ripping off people, 50cents at a time.

Ordering through the app there is no double charge and also allows for adding whipped cream, which the site has also contested is not allowed without upgrading to a signature latte (again, the app has no problem doing this.). It’s been going on for months and I feel like if they’re ripping me off, they’re doing it to others too.

I’m sure the staff are great people, but ordering in the drive thru is a struggle sometimes – and definitely not worth the risk of still being unfairly charged. The site down near Chesapeake Square charges appropriately and has no issue taking orders. Why is there a difference?

Order via the app to pick up and skip the risk of being charged above advertised pricing, or visit another location.

I can’t be alone in noticing this – and if I am, maybe someone else will too.

I usually stay away from Dunkin because I always have more negative than positive experiences. I’m not sure who was on the drive thru intercom today (6/29/25 , around 2:40 pm) I tried to order the Cookie Dough Cold Foam iced coffee per their drive thru menu and she acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Her attitude and tone sounded irritated. “Yeah, you keep saying the same thing and we don’t have that at all.” Girl, if you don’t know the menu just say that. Maybe if her tone was nicer I would’ve ordered something else but her attitude made me feel like I was speaking another language. Went to Starbucks across the street, even though I wanted to give Dunkin another try, but I don’t have time for attitude and I don’t have time to go back and forth. It’s too hot. Maybe management needs to retrain on customer service & tone. Hopefully she was nicer to the next customer.

Wife asked for ice coffee. They put HOT coffee in the plastic cup and put one ice cube in it that melted instantly. Not sure if there is someone new working there or what but its been horrible getting normal orders from there

Separate occasion, woman was very rude when we had our dog in the back seat. She refused to hand the order to us, like our dog was going to jump out. (Dog was clearly being calm and just sitting there not even looking at her)
