Here everyday and a lot of the times my order does get messed up and it’s fine because life happens but this is the first time I’ve ever gotten a cheese egg sandwich that looked like this.. I didn’t eat it because it looked gross and was HOT!!! I ordered this 20 minutes ago and it’s still too hot to eat… it’s absolutely disgusting!! How in the world did they think it’s okay to serve this!? It’s unbelievable!

One black coffee order. I waited ten minutes. No one else inside. Then a line queued up behind me, and she took their orders and started making their sandwiches before just giving me my coffee. She has zero common sense.
Two people manning a single drive through window and both ignoring the front counter.
The speed of which things are run here is equivalent to snails swimming in molasses. Don’t come. It’s outrageously slow.

Girl with the pink hair is extremely rude. I was waiting at the register for 10+ minutes. I could tell they were busy and was understanding so I waited. When the girl with the blue hair came over I tried getting her attention, I just said excuse me. I was ignored twice. I walked over to the other side and asked the girl with the pink hair if someone was available to take my order. The response I got was “we’re kinda busy so someone isn’t just going to stand over there.” The response was unnecessary and hostile. I get you’re busy, but you haven’t even acknowledged me for the 10 minutes I’ve been standing here. Then the girl with the pink hair had the audacity to call me rude. Absolutely disgusting the way this girl acted.

There is one girl in particular that works here I believe her name is Kayla? I could be wrong, she has the pink hair.
I have never once gotten rude or an attitude with her but I am constantly met with a disgusting attitude from her. This morning I put in a pick up order using my company card so I needed the receipt. I ask this girl if I could have a copy she then proceeded to state “I don’t even know where it is” while showing me a pile of receipts thrown on the counter and immediately walked away. Another girl approached short blonde hair she was very nice and asked what I needed and I told her I really needed my receipt she looked through the pile and found it for me thankfully.

The Young Gentleman who waited on us was So Friendly. I Apologise but I didn’t catch your name. My Friends and I ordered 2 Frozen Birthday cake Iced Coffees and They were Wonderful along with 6 Donuts .. All Fresh and the Donuts are so Good. They even gave “a pup cup of whip cream”… Too Cute!!

I Asked What They had Available? It wasn’t Much ONLY 5 Flavors of Donuts were Available… I wasn’t Very Happy Being That It was at a Donut Shop!!!
I Spoke to A Very Friendly Customer Service Young Woman that was Very Helpful. I told Her “Fill up a Dozen of Different Donuts that “You Would Eat.”
She just Smiled at Me as I Paid Her. “Really? Are You Sure?” I said “I Need 2 ~ 6 packs but Please Charge Me for 1 Dozen.” She agreed to do this for Me. The Donuts She Chose I Took Them to Two Different Places. Everyone Enjoyed The Dunkin Donuts. “The ONLY THING I Want to Know is this … Being that You are a Donut Shop, Shouldn’t You Always Have Fresh Donuts of ALL Kinds Always Available?”
(By the Way, that French Cruller Donut was Okay but Needs to be Served Warmed and it’s BEST Served with Coffee!!! Not Cold like You Served Me!)

This Dunkin’ location is near the Harrisonburg exit VA. We ordered bagel bytes pumpkin muffins and Boston cream donuts. Pumpkin muffin has high calories but delicious and fresh. Boston cream is good. Sometimes i have no time in the morning to try and get to the other dunkin that I usually frequent and have to stop at this location. Everyone who is a local that I am friends with will tell you how you never know what you are gonna get when coming to this location and unfortunately it has now turned into every single time you come here 3 things are guaranteed to happen. 1 forget your food/drink, 2 make it wrong, 3 rude employees. I ordered two different bacon sandwiches for myself and my friend. Thank god they only messed up my sandwich when it clearly says on THEIR RECEIPT bacon and they gave me sausage. On top of that they forgot my bagel minis, and they acted like they would rather be anywhere else. I will not be returning to this location and if you want to be treated like a respected human then you will too.

My friend and I went through the drive through and waited about 5 minutes until someone finally took our order. The young lady, Zahra had a VERY disgusting attitude for absolutely no reason at all. It seemed she was mad we wanted sugar in our coffee… She needs a nap or something, her attitude is absolutely nasty and gross.
