Stay away from this place unless you want raw chicken.
If you see all my reviews I am extremely objective and positive about my experiences. However, I could not let this one pass.
On a typical situation I would be extremely upset, but I’m totally disgusted and sick to my stomach.
The chicken could not be cut with a knife so yeah, it was pretty raw, I am a professional cook. So color does not mean raw but texture does for sure.
After calling the store and reporting that the chicken was raw I brought it back because I wanted to make sure they didn’t serve raw chicken to other people. The person who helped me checked it and said oh we use thighs, dumbest excuse ever.
This is it for me, if they cannot acknowledge a mistake I will never drop another dollar to this chain.
Beware next time you eat here.

Update: After replying to my review I did email them and they apologized and provided a couple of free meals. I appreciate the customer service component despite the initial bad experience.

Tricky review. Love the food but they often have a fly problem in the warmer months.
Also they weigh the food which has always been off putting as a customer. They weigh it then also ask me to tip… if your going to weigh my food to the ounce… then I’ll also be strict in how I value you.
Finally I want to emphasize the food is quite good most of the time. That’s why its a tricky review … good food, a little bit of hygiene concerns and the nickel and dime mentality.

This mobettah location keeps gettingworst and worst. I ordered an Ekolu with double teriyaki and katsu chicken. This is what I got…barely any Teriyaki chicken. Paid good money for this disappointment.

I was once upon a time a huge Mo Bettahs fan and thought they were Mo Bettah than a lot of other places. I am sad to say that I am done with the disappointment of hoping for a good meal for the money I am paying and being left unhappy and frustrated with my experience. Sadly there is no consistency here anymore. You can never count on getting value for your money and good edible Teri chicken that has been trimmed to even a small degree before cooking and passed on to a customer. The last few times I have given this restaurant my business the chicken has been pure fat and connective tissue and massively under portioned. I bought an Ekolu meal yesterday hoping for food for most of the day and they gave me less chicken than I normally get in a normal meal. Then of course it had so much fat and connective tissue that it ended up being only enough edible meat for one moderate portion. Absolute joke. I am done with Mo Bettahs. There are MUCH Mo Bettah places out there that consistently give me good value for my money and I always get exactly what I expect.

I have not been so pleased with an experience at a drive through before, and it’s all thanks to Brooklyn Jones. I always had gone inside for my order and everytime i was greeted with ignorant teenagers who weren’t paying attention to anything but their phones. So when a couple days ago I was with my book club girlies we decided to go through the drive through. The line was long but took no time to get to ordering. Because there were 5 women including me in the car we had quite a large order not once did i hear brooklyn with a drop of frustration. For that the last few times I have went I pray before hand and say “ My dear heavenly father my Savior please allow me to be blessed with the presence of Brooklyn.”

Don’t trust this company with online orders. I live in Eagle Mountain and accidentally ordered food at the Saratoga location, I immediately called and asked them to cancel the order because I didn’t want to drive all the way out there. This was in October and I’ve been everything to get a refund since but they just give the run around the entire time I’ve been told probably 10 times now that “Your refund will be processed soon” with absolutely no hope or leadership to back it up! Infuriating to say the least! I used to love coming here but I haven’t returned since.

Mo’ Bettahs is one of my favorite places to go out and eat. I can go consistently and not have to worry about the quality of the food or how long it’s going to take to be ready. Every time the environment is welcoming. I get my food fast and enjoy every bite. While it’s a bit pricy, it’s worth it. With an accessible location in Saratoga springs I visit as much as I can.

Amazing food every time. This Mo’ Bettahs location is consistently good. They have fresh food here and great friendly staff. The seating is also really nice here. The soda machines were well stocked and maintained which made for a pleasant dining experience. I’ll definitely visit this location many times in the future.

Dont go on eating at this location, alright?you’re better off driving 5 or more minutes to thanksgiving point, these employees amd their manager will ignore you at or just around closing so they can hurry up and go home, it was only 9:48 when I came to the counter for a dang drink, I waited for atleast 5 minutes by the register, no one. The 3+ employees were either cleaning or walking past me ignoring me while I kept glancing to get their attention, ive also noticed at this location employees will take costumer parking and then proceed to park their car diagonally for their disabled costumers which is very thoughtful of them. Overall this store would be a solid 1/2 a star for me if such a thing exists, oh and don’t even get me started with the teeth breaking katsu chicken they serve regularly,
