I love this restaurant and I’ve eaten here many times. DoorDash delivered a Japanese Sprite tonight and I couldn’t get it open to save my life. It’s kind of funny now, but don’t order this drink if you don’t know what you’re getting. It’s not just opening a tiny bottle of soda. It’s a process.

Extremely unhygienic experience. I ordered a sushi roll to go and discovered an ENTIRE DEAD FLY inside it. When I brought it up, the employee at the front explained that they had left the doors open after a delivery earlier that day, which allowed a lot of flies to get in. Still, I can’t understand how a dead fly could go unnoticed while preparing a sushi roll. I strongly recommend that anyone who continues to order from this place thoroughly check their food.

If I could describe this place with one word it would be “UNBELIEVABLE”. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasted so delicious and the proportions were great for what they cost. We ordered the Pink Lady & Volcano sushi, the kids Hibachi steak meal, the dinner Hibachi Chicken with miso soup and ginger salad, and fried cheescake. Everything surpassed my expectations. The service was outstanding too. I fully recommend this place to anyone looking for great Japanese cuisine.

Super place in the Bay, small and intimate. Get the “dinosaur egg” if they have it, it’s a frequent special. Shaped crab and avocado with sauce and just…. yum! Their rolls rock and their hibachi is rippin’ hot. Service is attentive and knowledgeable. Best sushi place in the Bay/Waveland

The food hit the spot perfectly. The server we had was very nice and attentive. Have to put ephesus on the on the sushi. I have tried a bunch of sushi joints around the area and without a doubt, this place has the best sushi. It might not be the fanciest of places but the food speaks for it self. Would recommend.
