Im being generous with 2 stars. My husband and I stopped on the way through to MD for a coffee and sweet tea. I ordered a caramel macchiato and he ordered a sweet tea. My drink had no caramel and ruined the entire drink and his tea tasted old and was so sweet it was not drinkable. $12 down the drain.

The food was edible but the wraps were hard and the egg/cheese were overcooked. The munchkins were wet and didn’t have a glaze, but they tasted good. Just odd to have them wet without the glaze.

I’m traveling through and I’m a creature of habit and I get the same order at every Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I would love for somebody to tell me why this Duncan is $4 more on the same order I have gotten anywhere else. Great service typical food but this is ridiculous price wise.

Egg & cheese wrap was so cold I spit it out, my free lemon loaf wasn’t given to me (mobile order pick up at drive thru) nor was I told they were out (after sitting in the driveway at least 15min after ordering) until I turned around to be refunded for the wrap, to then get back in my vehicle, tried my latte which wasn’t hot & the lid not being on, or cheap, caused that to spill out in my vehicle, down my hand, & on my blouse. Not the least bit of sincerity with an apology was offered. The lack of customer service/quality checks of whats being sold to paying, loyal customers at that, is sickening & disappointing. This is an embarrassment for the community & the company as a whole.

Went through the drive and the young girl taking orders was phenomenal! I wish we had gotten her name. The drive through and inside the store was packed but in the midst of their rush ahe provided superior customer service and she was friendly and kind. Our coffee and doughnuts were excellent. Thank you so much!

The best Dunkin’ I’ve been to in a long time. The donuts and coffee are delicious, the place was clean (and decorated) – even the bathrooms – and the staff was super friendly!

I went in to get my favorite donuts (jelly filled), but they were out, so i got an apple fritter, 2 apple cinnamon filled and a bacon,egg, and cheese croissant. Sara filled the order, and Delila rang me up. Both of these ladies were very welcoming and friendly. I love my Dunkin’

I literally sat here for 20mins waited for my food and it was cold! My sausage eggs and cheese croissant was cold! The cheese wasn’t melted and the eggs was so cold i almost threw up. I asked them to remake it and was told that they only could off me a refund. They are short staffed! NEVER AGAIN!

Restrooms are always super clean and if you arrive early enough in the morning you can get a coffee roll which is 10/10.

Went over here with my little brother. We mostly go here when we are finished with work (Shout-out to JavaJacks) we went over here to get food as usual but one of the staffs were a little rude. my brother asked for all of their Donuts of sprinkle because there wasnt many left, but when he asked a staff member for that the staff member replied with “Um can you wait a minute?” Said it in a rude tone. That’s all you need to know. some staff members may be rude. They had a long day. Understandable. But there is no reason to be rude though.
