I wouldnt eat here if it was free. My 8.5 month pregnant wife ordered The poutine. We open it, no gravy, barely amy cheese curds. And what was tgwre looked like melted shredded, Not curds. But the cherry on top, wasnt actually a cherry or any normal topping for that matter….it was the big fat black hair they decided to top her poutine with.

I can’t believe how amazing the bacon cheeseburger and bacon and cheese fries were at Jefferson Fry Company! After seeing their commercial, I couldn’t resist trying them out, and boy, was it worth it. The food was mouth-watering and made me want to order more, but I’m trying to unbig my back before the summer. The staff, especially the guy whose name I unfortunately forgot in my food induced greed, was exceptional. He was friendly, personable, and made my order to perfection. I was so happy with experience that I even danced while I was eating. I highly recommend everyone to go to Jefferson Fry Company now. It’s a 10/10 experience!

Closed shop for 50min right at peak dinner time. Late for “later” sign. Waited patiently way too long after finding they were prioritizing phone orders while refusing to take order or even talk 3 TIMES. (found out from another lost customer, last of 6 others that tried. Terrible service. But moving very slow, on phone, definitely in no rush . Never trying again. Total waste of time. Ordered big order ELSEWHERE. Why??? Time for new employee maybe?

I came in expecting the full Jefferson Fry experience like the Cromwell location. While they didn’t offer milkshakes, the burger delivered on flavor. Not perfect, but still worth another visit.

Stopped by Jefferson Fry Company inside Parkville Market in Hartford and tried the taco fries — they did not disappoint. The flavors were bold, balanced, and exactly what I was craving. Everything worked together perfectly and really hit the spot.
The only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is that the fries got soggy a bit quicker than I’d like, but honestly, the flavor still held up, so it wasn’t a big issue.
Definitely plan to return — looking forward to trying more from their menu!

Place was solid! Poutine was awesome, the entire experience of this location was amazing. Get some solid fries from here and you have 20 other options to get for a main course!
