I ordered a 6 inch sub and asked for a good amount of pickles. She gave me 5… I asked for a couple more and she said no. I asked if I could pay for extra and she rudely told me no. If I want to pay for extra toppings I should be able to.

Horrible just horrible. I sent my brother to get my order and to let him get something for himself. I gave him a sheet of paper to let the person know how I would like my sandwich. To the lady working tonight. October 17, 2022 at approximately 5:15 pm, that was making sandwiches shame on you. I am a disabled woman who on my bad days can not leave the house due to my health and you did not respect my way of ordering. I’ve had a heart attack and stroke this year and I have epilepsy. You were rude, disrespectful to my brother and to top it off you sling my sandwich together just to make a point. (As of now, Im Having to have my brother write this review for me). I will be calling corporate. I’ve been in the customer service industry for 29 years total. I know what it is like and to the person who made the sandwiches tonight, find another job, get out of this business before you ruin your name in this industry. I had to go back and ask to have my sandwich remade. When I went in the person who made the sandwiches went to the back of the store and another sweet lady remade my sandwich and apologized for her. I told her thank you ,but she should not have to apologize for someone else. While I was there I did not ask to be refunded or anything else. Just wanted to have my sandwich remade. So in the end I had to leave my home to get something done right, even though it put me at risk for another episode.
So I can say for this place they have no compassion for disabled or the elderly.

If I want to pay for extra olives I should be able to! Girl making my sandwich was completely rude about it. Bought 3 sandwiches mine was the only one with olives can I not get those portions of olives? I just don’t understand why! So I went to to Dollar General and spent 2.75 on a can of olives after offering the employee to pay $5 for extra! This is ridiculous!

Ordered a Flatbread with ham and cheese and olives and the lady put like 6 olives on there,I asked for more and even told her I would pay for the extra olives and she said that she couldn’t put more and I asked to speak to the manager and that didn’t do any good and I told them I have never had problems getting more than 6 olives and told them I would not be back,this was in russellville on parkway

Bad customer service, the lady closed the doors at 9:45 pm and the lobby says it closes at 10 pm. The woman didn’t feel like doing her job. She had her boyfriend inside the lobby waiting on her to get off work. With the doors locked. Unacceptable as a subway franchise. You can only order by the drive-thru window. And when she handed me my food she toss it at me.
