The male manager/owner is extremely nasty to the female employees. I finally had enough and called the establishment today. The food and service are awesome but he really changes the atmosphere with his woman degrading attitude. Those poor employees!

I am writing this review for the wonderful gentleman at the drive thru most mornings. His pleasant attitude and going the extra mile make all the difference in the world. His customer service skills far surpass my expectations. My son and I look forward to going there not only for the coffee, but for the experience with him specifically. Had a very unpleasant experience this afternoon. Made a hefty order at around 1 and was expecting a decent wait, what I had not at all expected was for a server to slam down my muffin, just place the coffees I had ordered down without letting me know it was mine, and had given me dirty looks the entire 20 minute stay. Just went inside and stood with an older lady for about 15 minutes and I was not even acknowledged. If you want coffee in the morning, go somewhere wise because this place has terrible service.
