Stopped by this Dunkin location for a cup of half-decaf hot coffee via mobile order. I went inside to pick it up and the service was good. Friendly staff. They even brewed fresh decaf. Fresh ground, fresh brewed Dunkin coffee is the best!

This Dunkin’ store is NOT for customers who are in for hurry to grab a cup of coffee by walking-in and leave asap. A few weeks ago, I used Dunkin’ mobile app to order a cup of coffee. Ten minutes later, I walked in, and my coffee was not ready for pick up. It took another 10 minutes before one of the Dunkin’ team members handed out a cup of coffee. Bottom line: Do not expect quick and exceptional services in this Dunkin’ store.

We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and placed our order. The staff only prepared half of it and then tried to rush us out, saying they were closing soon. When we reminded them that two items were still missing, they packed our assorted Munkins in a hurry-but only included one kind, despite us ordering a variety. The experience felt rushed and dismissive, and the service was unprofessional when we were the only people in there.

There was a long line at 650 am. It moved at a good place. The order taker was polite. I ordered 2 meal deals. The croissant sandwich was toasted and hearty with a fried egg, cheese and several strips of bacon. The meal comes with 6 hash brown rounds but I received more. You have a choice of hot or iced I chose iced with cream and sugar. You can also get a flavor not sure what they have because I take mine with no flavor. Overall a nice visit and a great value!
