Prime Burger catered a 30 person pool party for our family and it was a smash! Leading up to the party we had great communication and we could tell they wanted the party to be a success. On the day they showed up on time in matching shirts and set up their own tables and umbrella with matching tablecloths, an outdoor grill and fryer and even milkshake machine! The smell coming off the grill during the party were amazing and the toppings bar complete with all the fixings and sauces in addition to fries AND salad. It couldn’t have been better. The guests loved it and the food was insanely good. Keep them in mind for your next BBQ, truly a great experience with the nicest staff we’ve encountered.

It’s a nice spot on Main Street! The staff is nice and the service was quick. I got the wagyu burger and the prime burger and they were both decent! It wasn’t the best burger I’ve ever eaten but it was good enough I’d say.

Recommend this burger place to anyone who loves a great burger! All the toppings, including mushrooms and fried onions are free! The cheese is extra $1. This is the only restaurant which did not change their prices since inception!

This is likely one of the best spots in town, if not the very best. I’m giving it four stars because, while it offers great burgers, there are places within a 20-30 mile radius that some might consider superior and are worth the drive. If we’re just looking at it as a local option, I would gladly rate it five stars. However, in the broader context of burger places, I feel a four-star rating is more fitting.

I’ve had the Chipotle Prime Burger as it was the special of the day. Good burger nonetheless. Better than shake shack but shake shack’s apple wood smoked bacon tasted better. Lobster roll doesn’t taste that bad since i’ve already tasted the one from Maine.

Wasn’t thoroughly impressed with this restaurant. Expensive, the food quality didn’t match the price. I got the prime burger with sauteed onions, mushrooms, relish and prime sauce. I’m thinking it’s going to be super messy, how are they gonna fit all that on the burger?! They made it fit, by putting trace amounts of each topping, geez. Must be a topping shortage.
On a good note, the place was clean, staff friendly and pleasant music playing. Though the outside parking lot and sidewalk was a bit dangerous with unshoveled snow and ice.
I was recommended this place as I mentioned 5 guys having the best tasting burgers. The person said Prime Burger was better, I will politely disagree.

The Terpatraiters
This is a solid burger joint located in the heart of Ridgefield. They use a unique combo of chuck·brisket·prime(hence the name) rib beef cuts. The patties are of a loose grind and clearly hand formed as they aren’t perfectly round pucks. A similar menu layout to five guys where u get a slew of free toppings incl. their delish prime sawse!…but that’s where the common ground ends since they offer a higher quality level of options and sides like bibb lettuce,applewood bacon, multiple cheeses etc….. Juicy and flavorful and a whole lot messy and a lil fragile. It stands up to some of the best in the state…def worth a trip.
