I’ve ordered takeout twice and unfortunately won’t be returning. The staff are very kind and hardworking I’d honestly give 5 stars for service alone.However, the food hasn’t met expectations for the price. It’s not terrible, but it’s not something I feel is worth ordering again. For example, the onion rings were mostly fried batter with onion flavor but no actual onion inside. They were uniform in size and texture, and didn’t resemble traditional onion rings (see photos).
I truly believe that with some improvement in food quality and preparation, this place could attract many more loyal customers.

With a name like Wise Guys you’d expect good quality pizza. Omg we were so disappointed. The dough was not fresh, you could taste the preservatives. Little Cesar’s is better for 6 bucks. Sorry to say. We’ve had the sandwiches and pizza. The sandwich was minimal and didn’t taste good either. Not sure what’s going on inside either, they sell Asian food? Maybe pick a few things and make them awesome. Too many things on the menu at minimal effort. Get better pizza dough, hand toss it, and simplify the menu, focus on the theme! NY gangster style Italian food. It’s a mish-mosh and looks a mess inside. Afraid to know what it looks like in the kitchen.

Loved it, we drove 45 minutes just to try this pace out! The food was really good and came out quick. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I went with my fiancé and got a large cheese pizza, caesar salad and the honey bbq wings. Definitely will be back or get them to cater an event for us.

I think this place was bought out a few years ago because when I first moved to Jax, I wasn’t impressed. This past year, I’ve ordered multiple times and every time, the food is amazing, the staff is super friendly and it’s ready quickly. It’s nice to have a pizza place nearby that isn’t a chain!

I am thinking we may have came on a bad day. We were told 20 mins wait and ended up waiting 45 mins with no apology for the delay. Asked for well done on one of the pizzas but received it on the incorrect pizza which also had very hard crust . $42 is a bit pricey for the quality we were served this evening.
