I have been waiting on line for 25 minutes (still waiting!) And the line has not moved since ive ordered. Im ordering drive through and even peeked inside the store to see if it was busy inside, there is maybe 2 people inside? Why am I waiting so long for a drink :/. Also this location closes early and never has donuts or munchkins which is kind of their whole thing? Right?

I buy the maple/black pepper bacon croissant sandwich faithfully from the downtown Light st. store and then one day I stop in the Brooklyn Park store to get one… the difference was night and day with the sandwich! The Light st sandwich is filled with bacon, but the Brooklyn park store was obviously being CHEAP! Come on Brooklyn Park, do better! The right one is Brooklyns.

Hate to admit but I’m a junkie for Dunkin! I go EVERY single day. And my location is by far the best when it comes to service,taste and friendliness. The whole staff know me by now. They remember all my little details and are always smiling. Certain times can be a little crazy because everyone wants a little piece of Dunkin but they still work super efficiently. They are overly staffed for the morning rush and even when the lines look unbearable it still moves insanely fast. They are a great establishment with great people!!

I genuinely didn’t want to write this review but here we are, I live minutes away from this location and I have given them so many chances, but I don’t understand why all this girls that work here are always talking amongst each other, Even when customers are around every time I go I have to wait in front of there register to be acknowledge and be able to order, but I do have to stand there for a couple of minutes. The next thing is, they don’t pay attention to what you order. They will make your coffee the way that they want to all the damn time.
Why is this Dunkin’ Donuts open and why hasn’t no one taking action.
on rush-hour there’s over 10 people but they’re all gossip around.
Manager do better!!! Your staff is HORRIBLE at complying with what the customer ordered, the ladies think is okay to make my coffee how they want to!

I ordered from here through door dash because I am at work and can’t leave. I didn’t receive half of my order that I paid for. When I try to call (several times) I get no answer. You get an automated voice asking to enter your remote access. This is ridiculous. All I want is a credit for what I didn’t receive.

This place is incapable of making consistent drinks. Most staff are usually rude and disinterested. When you order a drink you expect it made right. A monkey could do it. Other stores do it. 5 pumps means 5 pumps but they just can’t do it. I’ve watched them make my drink and not let the pump go back up fully before they press it again, or they just don’t do 5. They don’t care. They’re also slow during morning rush.

Hate Dunkin Donuts!!!
Second time around, ordered a medium Strawberry Coolata, supposed to be frozen. I received a Strawberry foam drink, not frozen! Hate this because now nobody answers the phone. They know their service sucks that’s why they don’t answer their phone.

They don’t like to add straws to mobile orders and their customer service skills needs to be worked on. I literally watched them be kind to caucasian customers but act annoyed with black customers.
