Lately Chipotle has been getting some negative reviews, so I thought I’d give this location some love. I order from here 1 to 3 times a week and I’m never disappointed. These are two different bowls, on two different days and both were so full that the metal lid on top was holding on for dear life. Its always hot, fresh, and the meat is a generous portion.

Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. 1 person serving the food even though there’s a huge line and few other employees standing around including a cashier that looks like they are falling asleep that is just waiting for the next person to be served.

Why hire people who don’t want to work there? Whoever was assigned to build the orders for in-store customers on 2/25/26 at 12pm needs to be fired. She was rude, wouldn’t greet the customers, using her nasty phone while wearing gloves in the corner and played games on my double meat order. My neice needs a job and you need to hire her instead of people who don’t want to work or be clean. The girl who worked the cash register was a Rockstar and you can tell who will be successful in life.

Overall the food was great. The employees were very professional and quick.
I took one star off because the portions seem way smaller than usual. Maybe they were moving to quick and gave smaller scoops or maybe management told them to cut back. For me that was the only reason I ever went here or got the bowls. I’m sure from time to time I’ll stop by but it will definitely be less frequent. Hopefully it was just a one off but only time will tell. The quality of the meats were great that being said.

The staff takes their time. You can see a certain laziness or laid-back attitude, even when there’s a long line. In my case, I ordered through the app 7 minutes before arriving and still waited another 11 minutes.

Three people behind the register and only ONE actually making orders despite the line. The other two were just preparing chips into small bags… laughing and chatting not helping with the line at all. If they aren’t trained in food prep or something then someone needs to be engaging with customers explaining and apologizing for the wait just to dispel any misunderstandings. They just kept looking up at the line (growing line mind you..) then looking at their fellow employee being drowned in the orders and chuckling and giggling. They are completely oblivious to how that appears to an on looker.

This location is one of the worsts, no exaggeration. All the teenagers have no vocabulary. They speak to you like you don’t know anything. The food quality sucked so bad. Idk how you burn rice. I also had to wait 30 minutes for my food to be made after ordering from the app. This place is so unorganized I’m not sure who the manager is but they have to be uneducated to think this is a smooth operation.

I just went into Chipotle and Ryan was SO helpful! He was fun, friendly, and made me truly happy with how much customer service he showed. He had me laughing too! I would honestly come back just because of him. The best part of any place is feeling welcomed, and Ryan definitely delivered that. He said he just started, but he already works like a pro. Wow!
