I visited this location with my daughter this morning. Our classic coffee selections were available fast and tasted great. My daughter noticed they have a munchkin she likes (covered with sprinkles), so I asked to buy one. There’s apparently now a 3 munchkin minimum. Ridiculous. With perhaps more rhetorical gusto than literal accuracy, I argued that 3 munchkins would exceed the RDA of sugar. Kindly, the lady let us have one for free. At the end of our trip I noticed that some sprinkles remained on the passenger seat of my car, but that can hardly be blamed on Dunkin’.

Stood at counter forever before being greeted. It wasn’t busy. Actually I was the ONLY customer in there. Lol! The Dunkin further down the road has much better customer service. I will drive the extra miles for better service.

I geniuinely hate going to this location because they never make my order (which is very simple) correctly. I’ve been getting coffee from dunkin for years so I know how my order usually tastes, and I understand there can be a slight variation depending on the barista but this location NEVER makes my order correctly unless it’s the african american woman who transferred from the location that recently closed. I genuinely never plan to come here again because this is the third time I’ve had to get my drink re-made for a very simple order.

No giving them anymore chances go to the one on Liberty across from Burger King. They make your order correctly, customer service is amazing and it’s lovely. This locations sucks and will always suck.

I get told to pull around after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes with no update. I wait outside the front parking for 15 minutes, waiting on just a drink!! They never came out, I come in and my drink was ready the entire time! Not an apology, nothing! Just a lukewarm drink- waste of space they shouldve put a Chic fil a right there

I asked if using my own cup would get a discount, the lady there said no, and I was okay. I ordered a midnight coffee, and she gave me the bottom of what was left in the urn, and topped it off with the regular coffee. Coffee tasted burnt. If she had asked, I would have been willing to wait for fresh coffee. She also didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency or making sure the order was good,

Ok someone in management needs to teach the cashiers not to laugh and giggle at customers, it’s really damn rude. I’ve had this happen 2x and I was only ordering an ice tea. I won’t come back if it happens again. Don’t know what is so amusing about ice tea but if they do this to everyone I don’t reckon they’ll stay in business too much longer. Otherwise its your average DD.
