We live in Renton and I needed a place for a quick interview, so we stopped here .
My husband who travels with his own coffee CANT stop talking about this place
The vibes were and STILL ARE everything, drink options were great, friendly staff, plenty of room to sit and JUST sit.
.
They let us bring outside food which we appreciated.
We will be back next month and looking forward to stopping by again!

Very nice coffee shop. The inside looks very inviting. Along with coffee they have a large assortment of drinks. Juices, energy drinks and coffee. Something for everyone. They have a large assortment of merch that looked pretty nice also. Friendly, cheerful staff member completes a very nice visit. Thank you.

Had to wait for my order for ever! also coffee doesn’t taste that good. Ordered croissant and it was really cold inside couldn’t finish it disappointed. Atmosphere amazing and very beautiful inside. I hope they can improve customer service by providing at least hot sandwiches.

Passing through on my way to the Airport in Seattle. I have been an espresso lover since about 1999. I am always looking for a coffee shop that truly loves coffee and the customers. This place serves one of the best drinks I have ever had. I will be bragging about this place all over the country. I will be back anytime I am close. I love your coffee and the amazing, personalized experience !

Very odd place. I’m unsure why they put coffee in the name when it tastes like the ashes from a cigar, and I don’t smoke, that’s just what I can compare it to based on what ashes smell like. This is honestly the worst coffee I’ve ever had. I am now going to make this the bar when grading how bad coffee is. I could not finish it. I might have to go back and grade some coffee better because of this.
It would be beneficial to not only the coffee industry, but the community as a whole if this place stopped serving coffee. After I got home I asked around and apparently they are known for their energy drinks? I might check it out another time. However after spending 15 dollars on a coffee and a sandwich, I would have had a better day spending 12 at McDonald’s for two wraps, fries, and a drink.
I cannot express this enough. Do not get the coffee. It is impossible to underestimate.

Good option if you just want to get coffee quickly or if you’re into fun, sweet, gimmicky options. Otherwise, just okay. Not bad, not great.
Sitting inside had a very sterile feel, different than what you’d expect from a typical coffee nook. Tables were covered with food bits where I sat, which felt a little too early to be the morning rush (I swung by around 8am). The croissant sandwich was disappointing, wouldn’t suggest it.

This place is gross.
The one working bathroom is almost as bad as Honey Bucket at the Renaissance Faire. It clearly hasn’t been serviced in quite some time.
I would have thought that the lemon poppyseed muffin top had been smashed from someone sitting on it, but because it was as cold as the walk-in fridge, it probably wasn’t.
I tried to get her attention to warm it up, but she didn’t hear me because she was replacing the trash bag in the kitchen.
I’m pretty sure the barista was emptying the trash immediately before taking my order. Maybe she washed her hands. Given the overall cleanliness of the place, I doubt it.
I threw out my $7 coffee next to this trash can.

This is right in front of tesla supercharger at a convenient location, however have had very bad experience here. Although they put up a sign saying tesla customers welcome, they really are not. On couple of instances we found the cafe doors closed and only the drive through operational, it seems they just want you to buy coffee and not use other services.

The coffee is fantastic, a lot of the ladies that work at the Cle Elum location seem inconvenienced to take your order and it’s an extremely rare occasion that they ask if you’re a rewards member or not and if you want to even get your coffee, DON’T go inside. I tried a few times and just left after standing at the counter for 5+ minutes being ignored before just walking out. Being a Gravity supporter since their very first location in Auburn, WA, Cle Elum is a complete dissatisfaction.

The coffee is ok, but the service is terrible. And the bathrooms don’t have soap or paper towels on the multiple times I have stopped there, so the germ level has to be very high, which is frightening to me. This last time we were there, a man came out of the restroom, told the girl behind the counter of the bathroom conditions, then she gave out the code for 3 more people to enter the restroom and still nobody had gone to restock the entire time we were waiting for our order.
