been coming here for years, it used to be my favorite and only bagel place i’d go to. their bagels are amazing, as is their cream cheese. that hasn’t changed. but the way food is made now that a new group of employees is working there and a new owner, is so inconsistent. they don’t even know how to cream cheese a bagel. almost every time i get a bagel with cream cheese, there’s not even enough to cover both sides of the bagel. this photo is from today, where i asked for EXTRA cream cheese, and still there’s barely anything on it. i don’t need a mountain of cream cheese, but at the very least, there should be enough that i cant see the bread through the cc. and it depends on the person who is working, sometimes ill ask for extra cc and get literally half a pound of it on there which is entirely too much, which honestly i’d rather have cause at least i can take some off. but the point is, it shouldn’t matter who takes my order, i should be able to order a bagel with cc and expect that i’ll get the same amount of cc every time. it’s just so inconsistent between employees, they need more uniform training and protocols.

Love this bagel shop and is my go to before work but this is the third time I’ve gotten a burnt bagel which is so upsetting. I always ask for it to be toasted but not burnt like this, I don’t know why you would just serve it like this knowing it was burnt, it is sad and I’m bummed out because this is my go to spot

I have watched this place slowly fall apart, literally my go to, favorite bagel place in the world. From cheap sandwiches that don’t even fit in your mouth, to expensive wish sandwiches. This must be under new owners now days. My most recent visit i got two cream cheese bagels well i asked for cream cheese, must have been scarce. And it coast 9 and change. I also asked for egg everything bagels but they gave me egg, that might have been on me granted and im not mad about that, but every time i come here it seems to be more expensive and less food. Ridiculous. Tried to give it a go again even sadder this time, paid 10 dollars for a grilled cheese see pictures attached. The bagels were overcooked and hard. The chicken salad tasted bland and the macaroni salad tasted store bought. Very disappointing. I spent $27 and I only scraped the chicken off and seasoned it. I used to work nearby and went often, I was in the area again on Thursday so figured I would visit again to have their good food. I was wrong. More money,- less quality

I came to get bagels this morning and was served by Asad and he did not give me my two sunflower seed bagels I finally got through to the bagel shop and after being place on hold someone hung up the phone. I have been coming here way over 11 years and the customer service as well as the quality as certainly changed it should be more than are you paying cash or card start taking better care of your customers especially when you are writing on the bag what the order is pay attention to what you are doing

Ordered an everything bagel with lox cream cheese. You can see how little cream cheese they gave me, never mind it cost extra for the lox flavor. On another visit, I asked for an everything bagel and they gave me sesame instead.
