First visit in 2022 was terrible including punk teenager hanging up on me when I called about large iced coffee lids not fitting the cups causing spill in my car, but due to the convenience I’ve gone back at least a dozen times into 2023. Have not had any issues again. And that particular kid is not working there anymore.

We came here as a pit stop on our road trip and were not satisfied. The grilled cheese we ordered was only grilled on one side and they tried to make us believe that it was made that way when we told them about it. The workers were speaking in their own native language while taking care of our change and laughing between each other while taking our order. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience, we thought the workers were disrespectful and the food wasn’t good.

Terrible. Ice coffee all over the top of the lid/side and the drive thru lady wouldn’t give any additional napkins so I could clean up their mess. Lid not properly attached and now it’s all over my shirt and I can’t clean it up because they are stingy with their 2 cent napkins. Sandwich not put together properly and is half cold. This place is horrible and I will never visit this location again.

I said 3 times a Chocolate donut. They gave me a REGULAR DONUT WITH CHOCOLATE GLAZING. They got my order wrong for a dozen donuts I bought for people, that nobody even wanted, That I wasted all that time to drive there for, and its frustrating when its way out of my way and they can’t get my simple order correct. It wasn’t complicated in any way, shape, or form. I am infuriated because it destroyed my plans I had for show appreciation to people who deserved it by surprising them with chocolate donuts and they were all the wrong donuts. I cant even use the online app to irder because it NEVER WORKS, But if I could ACTUALLY USE IT I would have it all on paper to show EXACTLY WHAT A CHOCOLATE DONUT IS.

It’s 3pm and venues in this shopping center have their doors unlocked but this Dunkin’ Donuts doors were locked? I had to walk to the drive-thru to inquire why the doors were locked and the employee said they just are. I like to see my items being prepared does this mean they have rats, roaches, or unsanitary conditions or what.

I am a huge fan of Dutch Bros but there’s not one on this side of the country. Dunkin donuts I would say I prefer over Starbucks when it comes to chai. I decided to try a white chocolate coffee from them today. It wasn’t bad. I was annoyed that I had to order on the app in order to get a deal. I think there should be an option to scan a deal in person. But the person behind the counter waited patiently for me to order all my phone and had my order ready instantly. They weren’t busy when I went at 10am
