I drive 15 out of the way to this location almost daily. Even when they get my order wrong (occasionally they forget to add the whip cream), they make it right without all the unnecessary attitude and drama. It’s well worth the extra time in the morning for a peaceful start to my day.

This place is one of many places I love coming too . This place Is outside the White Oak Shopping Center Across the Street Near The McDonalds a Few Feet away In a Huge Parking area . as You go inside they have a good size Lobby area their Drive through is busy every morning nearly backed Up to New Hampshire Avenue . But the lobby not always busy but sometimes it is . I Love the Donuts they carry from Glazed Doughnuts to Boston Cremes , Chocolate filled and more of people’s Choices they like . They have breakfast sandwiches to hash browns and more even soda drinks and Orange Juice . They even carry Baskin Robbins Ice Cream too since they merged before the pandemic. They have a great staff that works there very professional and top Notch . I had been looking for a Long while to wanting a cashier front Line duty to work with that team there that I Like . If I Love this place as Much as all of You this is the place to come to too sit kick back and relax and have fun and have all you wish to eat and drink and have Ice Cream there too . This is one place I Hope you love coming too as Much as I do .

I had been at this locations several times. I always leave dissapointed. I feel like they are understaffed or not training the right people. Drive through wait 20min inside service 10min wait and not even get acknowledge. Not trying to be rude but it’s true 1-2 times understandable but every visit. Sad because it’s on my way but I’ll get the service elsewhere.

This location is horrible. I have been trying for 2 days to get a refund. I placed a mobile order here and didn’t realize that it was not the location I was going to. I called to cancel the order because this particular location was way out of my way to go to, to pick up the order. The first person I spoke to was rude. The second person I spoke to was nicer and I was told I needed to speak to the mgr. That’s fine but he wasn’t in the first time. I was told to call back. I did that and spoke to the Mgr. He stated he could not refund me over the phone. Fine, I asked how long would he be at the store. He said until 1:00. I knew I would not be able to get there before that time. I asked what time would he be in the next day and he said 7:00 am. I was at the store at 7:00 today so that I could get the refund and make it to work on time, and he wasnt there. I guess I will try one more time tomorrow to catch him at the store. If not, I’ll just count it as a loss. I will definitely not be ordering anything from this location. Customer service should be better than this.

THEY DON’T DESERVE 1-STAR. The actual store manager, Rogerio is absolutely RUDE and has poor customer service skills. He should not work in customer service! Everytime I order from this specific dunkin the food quality is terrible. Eggs are runny, patties soggy, coffees tasteless! I always call after I place an order to give them specific instructions since doordash is limited in that aspect but they either never pick up INTENTIONALLY or disregard my instructions. Never ordering from here again.
