Nicest Dunkin’ I have ever been to. They don’t make em like this in New York. Large store on the corner with comfortable seating inside and on the patio, in the morning shade. Very busy, very clean location. Would have been quicker if I hadn’t ordered ahead, but the wait was not too bad. App orders are placed on shelves in front of the counter for pick up, which is something that wouldn’t make it New York, either. Coffee hot and fresh, doughnuts delicious. Bathrooms available. Accessible ♿️.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered a latte at the counter specifically so I could request it extra hot instead of ordering through the app. The person taking my order said okay but never passed the instruction to the person making the drink. When I got my latte, it was barely warm. Once she realized the mistake, I took a sip and politely asked if they could reheat it. They refused and said they couldn’t warm it up in the oven. For a place that’s supposed to serve hot coffee, this was really frustrating and showed a lack of attention and customer service. I won’t be coming back here again. A frustrating visit overall ruined start to my day.

I placed my order with a young gentleman cashier. I ordered turkey and white cheddar croissant w/ no egg and hash browns. I was the only person in line, but I could tell the cashier wasn’t fully listening to me. He repeated my order without mentioning the hashbrowns, so I said again that I wanted hashbrowns and he replied “yeah I got that.” When my order came out, I immediately checked my sandwich and it had American cheese, so I let another associate know that the sandwich was supposed to be white cheddar. The original cashier then said to the other associate that I didn’t order white cheddar I said “no cheddar”, which doesn’t make any sense because the sandwich normally comes with American cheese, so why would I say no cheddar? The associate had my sandwich remade with no issues, but I think it is bad customer service that the original cashier said to his coworker in front of me, the customer, that I lied about what I ordered. The restaurant is clean, but the bathroom was out of order with only the toilet working, but not the sink. Also, the parking for the store is very limited to maybe six spaces of parallel parking. The other workers seemed upbeat and friendly.

Even though the new app did not work as it was supposed to, Frank handled our order with poise and Grace. Being highly frustrated that the app was not functioning, having been updated last week with new and poor features, I tried to maintain my composure. Frank was very kind and patient with us even though the app did not function as advertised. That’s okay, we still got our food and drinks, and I come to Dunkin’ Donuts every day on work or off work. So I really appreciate good service like today.

The creamer you see in the coffee is because I had to personally add it . It had no caramel swirl so I am currently looking for sweetener. I’m this place is either a hit or miss usually miss. I went to Philly and they made it perfect but here they never do .

I love coming to this Dunkin. There’s a few things that are noticeable. First off is the parking, The Dunkin is situated between two apartment complexes, so you know already as to what to expect from the trash truck workers collecting trash to the Amazon drivers parking along side of the road,or wherever they can find a spot since parking seems to be scarce. The food they serve is always hot and there are no complaints there. The service however is a tad slow, that’s because they only have two people working. The girl behind the counter, and the other girl in the back. Mind you I went to pick up an online order @ 11am on a Friday. I had to wait for my order to be ready for nearly 10 minutes. This location needs to have at least one more person helping out. It used to be that they actually had 3 people working at the same time, I wonder what happened? Anyways just know that from the time they open it’s a conveyor belt of customers flocking to get their Dunkin fix. Just be mindful of what time you place your order. Service experience was good but make sure to order later on during the day. If you go to this location just know what to expect when you’re there. Otherwise I would recommend this location.

This store is right next to my home, I used to love going there for my morning coffee but I had a horrible experience going to this store with worker Alex. He gave me the worst customer service. He was very rude and disrespectful.

I go to this location because of its proximity, but they are terrible. Not going here anymore after today. They constantly mess up the order and are so slow, even when they have 5 people working!
They are very disorganized.
What’s the point of ordering online if they aren’t going to place my order on the to-go shelf and just keep it behind the counter? Just place the order on the shelf!
The workers are nice, but always seem like it’s their first day. And PLEASE stop placing the donuts upside down in the bag if they have icing!
