Most of the workers are amazing and they are super sweet when mistakes happen and I’m patient with it cause I’ve worked in customer service before so I know things happen. What I won’t tolerate is basically being told I’m the problem when I’m a clearly not the issue. I have ordered twice from the app simply adding the signature drinks without any changes except for the sizing to my order which always comes with whipped cream. There is an option to choose No Whipped cream but the default is to have it on there. And on my mobile order whipped cream is included. When I went to get my order whipped cream is on neither drink. I go to show them the mobile order because I can’t fake something on their app and whoever I guess it’s been the manager both the times this has happened, said that one drink printed it out and another didn’t so basically I’m the issue and need to say put whipped cream. I tried to tell her that I did and show her but she kept pushing back like printers/computers can’t mess up. And this has happened twice now. BUT there are times I do the exact same thing, choose the same order and this wasn’t a problem so the issue is in their side. Which I know things happen and it’s just whipped cream but don’t come over to me saying this was our problem before you need to do this and this and I have literally said I HAVE BEEN DOING THAT. like I really don’t understand why a serving a whipped cream is that hard to provide hahahaha.

Made a coffee run and when I arrived the line was wrapped around the building. I chose to go inside because drive thru time was lengthy and I needed to get to work. However, the staff was nice but they were struggling to handle the volume of people. They were getting confused preparing drive thru orders. Enjoyed my hazelnut coffee tho.

Terrible customers service, they refused to let me use the bathroom prior to placing my order. They Told me it needed to to be cleaned but had no plans to clean it in the moment. I told them I was ok with it not being cleaned, I just needed to use the restroom. I’m an elderly man and unfortunately have bladder issues. Had they been actively cleaning the restroom, that would have made sense. This was discrimination and terrible customer service. My wife and grandchildren were in the car, I had just flown in from out of town to visit my daughter and grandchildren and promised them Dunkin’ Donuts. I think they believed I was not going to be a paying customer even though I had told them and was showing them proof of the donut order my daughter sent to me. Absolutely unacceptable. DO BETTER! I will not be giving them my business in the future and will contact corporate about this matter.

They SUCK…. PERIODT! Slow as hell and the employees act like they don’t want to be there! No warm greeting, no smile, just attitude! I hate that Dunkin’ Donuts so much that I literally drive to Waldorf fort fast and courteous service!

I keep trying to give this location a chance. Understanding that it is a small franchise and they may not have everything, but when your options are extremely limited, that is an issue! The customer service has gotten better but they have a limited amount of ice-cream flavors (including those that are on their list) and the donuts are often not ready in the morning. I went yesterday and they advised me to pick ice-cream selections posted on their drive through menu. After giving them 3 options from the list, for each, they said that they were out and this was midday. I placed an order on the apps for donuts, when I arrived and waited, they did not have them and asked if I could return later. I’m not sure what is going on but I’ve only had this issue at this location. I want to continue to support but they have to do better!

Ordered a latte and doughnuts on my app, went inside to pick up the order. I was told that they don’t have water, so they couldn’t make the latte. I asked for a refund, and the employee said that they don’t give refunds, that I would have to get a refund through the app. I asked to speak to the manager. The girl I was dealing with said she was the manager. I told her that any other Dunkin has always given me a refund if they don’t have what I ordered. She said that the manager doesn’t give refunds, and that they always tell people to get a refund through the app. I asked her to call the manager, and she called someone and spoke in Spanish. I understood a little bit. She told the person on the phone that someone wanted to speak to the manager. She had a smirk on her face the whole time. She told me the manager was going to call her. She didn’t say how long it would take, and I didn’t want to wait around forever. By the way, how is she going to have the manager call her, when she told me SHE was the manager? So that was a lie, I guess. When I asked again about a refund, she said it wasn’t her fault that there was no water. I told her I agree, it wasn’t her fault, but how was I going to get my money back? She told me the same B.S. about getting it back through the app., and that she didn’t know what else to tell me. By the way, it isn’t possible to get a refund through the app.

This Dunkin will run out of large cups and donuts, let you sit in line for 10+ mins just to find out they can’t do anything for you… Also… They don’t even care what kind of donuts you actually order they’ll just give you whatever they grab. Absolutely horrible.

There bathroom is locked for public 99% of the time. It’s very inconvenient and frustrating that they lack customer service in this line of profession. I would not recommend this Dunkin Donut for business to anyone.
