This location closes at 10 they stop making food at 7, which is not appreciated also I think a rule an employee made and not corporate no greeting for customers just what do you want for afternoon shift. Morning shift is great .

There’s no point in ordering ahead because they don’t prepare anything. Ordered a dozen donuts and came 30 minutes later just to have to wait for them. They also don’t unlock the doors so you can do pick up (like you selected in the order ahead) so you have to wait in the drive thru lane despite ordering ahead.

The woman taking the order at the drive-thru is really rude. The guy handing out food at the drive-thru was very kind. The food was so hot that I literally couldn’t hold it, even with the wrapper as a buffer. Since the remodel the coffee is always too hot as well. It tastes burnt.
Service has always been slow.

Sometimes we only emphasize when a place gave you bad service, but it’s also worth mentioning when the place provided good service. On this occasion, I must say that the service was very good. It seems they are also taking note; it also depends on each customer and the attitude with which they place their order.

What a pathetic joke of a Dunkin. Shut this location down already. I have come here at least seven times in the last five months and every single time my order has been completely inaccurate. The staff is completely unapologetic about messing up every order. They sell out of most things within an hour of being open, which is ridiculous I will never come back here again, and you shouldn’t either make the drive to La Plata

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every single time we have came here our order has been messed up or they sit there and tell us they run out of things Which never makes sense when they had just opened two hours prior. There has been countless amount of times where I’ve ordered more expensive things like a sandwich with aïoli for them to them. Say when I’m picking up my order we do not have any aïoli, but won’t refund me. This place is unprofessional never stocked. There’s no point in visiting this restaurant. Not to mention, the workers are not friendly or helpful

This is by far the worst quality dunkin donuts around. Every time I come here something is overcooked. I ordered two avocado toast. Both are so toasted that I can’t even bite into it. Very disappointed in the food quality.

Great location! There’s always knowledgeable persons working! I normally order the same thing through the drive thru like most customers do as well! Matcha Latte is always on point hot or Iced! Breakfast is as expected! Prices are lower than all other locations as PG County businesses are always more expensive! I ask for add-ons and There’s no additional charges as most locations! They’re also open longer than any other locations like right now it’s 10:20PM and they’re still opened for business!

Been there 3 times and each time not a single thing has been correct. Wrong syrups in coffees. No cheese and wrong breads on breakfast sandwiches. Definitely have learned my lesson after 3 times and will make the drive to La Plata instead

Worse place ever. I am a customer for years and I have ordered breakfast from many locations. However, because i didn’t order anything from that particular location, i couldn’t use the restroom. I was told by the manager that I had to buy something before using the restroom. I thought restroom was for customers. I hope corporate sees this and do something about it because from now on, i won’t buy anything from Dunkin’ Donut
