If you want to be treated extremely rude, then this is the place for you! Person working drive through couldn’t seem to count, and was smacking her lips and kept saying well pull around before I was even done completing my order. Here’s a little tip, if you can’t stand people, maybe don’t work in the service industry.

I went in to collect and order for my Father who ordered off of the dunkin app. I accidentally forgot to get the donuts so I went back in to get them. And the lady asked for the receipt and I presented her with a screenshot of the receipt and she would not give me the doughnuts and said there’s nothing she could do. I get that they’re in a rush to get things done. But they’re customer service skills are horrible. Not to mention their bad mouthing customers while making coffee.

Tried to go inside to order as I always do. This time they had some hand written signs that read “ Drive thru only”. As I was inside not one person acknowledged that I was inside. No hello or explanation. Not that I needed one but a simple hello would have been nice. I felt it was rude and a bit ghetto! You would think since they only were working half of the store the line would have went by faster but not waited in line for about 30 mins. I just think they should do better or hire more people!

The most ignorant employees and dirty and filthy. This place should be shut down! The manager is ghetto and disrespectful as well. I just drove off without my food. I would have picked a Zero star but there was no option. Every time I walk into this Wyomissing location I walk out disappointed. Today went there for breakfast ordered an Egg & Cheese. Got my ordered and they had put bacon on it which I specifically told them no Bacon. I go back to the drive thru to return and get a new one. I look thru the drive thru window. The girl took my sandwich opened it and took the bacon out & handed it back to me. I requested a new one and they did in fact make me a new one. Had I not seen what the girl was doing earlier they would have just given me the old one. ♀️. I have given this place so many chances. But… today was the last one. I will go to other Dunkin’s in the area which have far better service and have better trained employees. This used to be one of the best Dunkin at one time but…. Since the older owners left this place is horribly run. I will not spend my money there anymore.

The coffee is never made correctly and they ALWAYS mess something up from the order so make sure you check before you leave. Very disappointing. Customer service isn’t the best either.

I ordered an iced coffee, black with thin mint. I cannot have dairy and neither can my nursing baby. Before she handed it to me, I could tell it wasn’t right. I questioned if there was cream in it, she said, um…. no…. do you want some? I said, are you sure? It looks like it. She said, no that’s just….and trailed off. I had a drs appointment for my daughter so I left. I tried the coffee and it definitely had milk or cream. I went back after the appointment and asked for a new one, which they did do for me. I showed them the difference in the two. I’m not trying to be a jerk, but I’m a very tired mom of three on the third day of school being closed and I really needed this coffee today. It’s just a shame that I had to ask…. twice.

Tonight my friend and I went through the drive thru and ordered an Irish Creme Latte and Iced coffee. I could not hear the man and thought he said pull through. When we got to the window this man was purposefully slow. So slow that I considered driving away because it was 15 min and there was only one person in the store. He then handed my our drinks and I paid. He asked me if we wanted some free donuts. I said sure-he handed me a box and we pulled up since there was a car behind us. Oh, I did say thank you and we gave him a tip! I opened the box and this is what was in the box–a black and white donut! I couldn’t even believe it! Yes, it was an African American adult serving us and this is totally unacceptable! I have emailed the corporate office and will be stopping and asking for the manager tomorrow. WE did not drink our coffee because I have to wonder if someone can hand this to someone what else could they do. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
