I just had the worst experience at this location. I have been going here for 5 years each morning for my coffee. The drive thru girl was holding up the line chatting and I politely asked her to move it along as the line was very long and people have places to me. I was not beligerent or rude. Once I got to the window she refused service and accused me of being rude which I absolutely was not and looking back I wish I would have cussed her out because her behaviour was so unprofessional and rude. I came inside and asked for a manager to then be verbally attacked by her and her co worker stating no manager was on site and telling me if I wanted the corporate number I could just google it. I have never in my life been treated so poorly at a place where customer service should be priority. I understand they sometimes deal with rude customers and should not tolerate it, but the way I was treated was way beyond necessary they were verbally rude, aggressive and very unprofessional. I will be filing a corporate complaint and will eventually get a hold of a manager. I do not stand for this kind of treatment of loyal customers. Will never go here again.

I go to this Dunkin’ almost daily, and the morning crew truly runs like a well-oiled machine. They know me by name, have my order ready, and always start my day on a positive note. You can tell they work incredibly hard — even recently while being short staffed, they’ve continued to stay kind, efficient, and professional.
Today I was so sad to learn that one of my favorite crew members and the manager are leaving because they didn’t feel valued. That’s really disappointing to hear. This manager and morning team have been wonderful and have worked there for years. They are the reason so many of us keep coming back.
I sincerely hope the owner understands what an incredible team they are losing. Staff like this are hard to find — and even harder to replace.

You definitely have a customer service problem at this location. Look at the most recent reviews. I had the worst experience at this location with the same lady everyone is referencing. She yelled at me in the store because I didnt answer her question immediately. She said I have people in both my ears and I asked you a question. Like whooaaa. When I asked for her name she refused to provide it. I have had some really nice interactions with employees at this location but this person is the absolute worst and clearly I’m not the only one to report this. What makes it even worse is that I reported it to Dunkin and no one from Dunkin ever got back to me.

Stopped in to get a coffee. Not busy inside but took a few minutes longer than it should have considering there was one customer in front of me. There were 3 workers and a long line of cars which is normal for this location. The girl at the register was overwhelmed and the woman handling the orders as a whole was at best barely handling every order in rush mode. The third worker popped in and out, I saw her once in my 15 minutes, got my coffee and headed out

I went in for a drink and decided to use the bathroom. This bathroom was disgusting. They put a sign on the mirror saying they clean the bathroom frequently, yet the sink and soap dispenser looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over 2 weeks. The soap under the dispenser is hard and has probably been there for over a week.
I walked into the bathroom and walked out. don’t put a sign up if you as employees aren’t going to bother to clean the bathroom.
This is just disgusting.

Stopped at this dunkin on my way home today 11/20 around 3pm. No line no cars in the parking lot. Pull into the drive through and the staff member was very short and somewhat rude but when I got to the window I had handed her my card and never once got the total for my drink or any greeting not even a word she handed me my drink, i thanked her not a word back she gave me my card and i said have a nice day and again not a word just a dirty look and a slam of the drive through window. On top of the bad interaction they made my coffee with cream instead almond milk which messed up my stomach. This place is probably the worst dunkin I’ve been to.

January 30th 2026 at around 9:25 a.m. the entire drive-thru staff is completely incompetent asking for an iced coffee with one cream six sugar and long and behold they gave you a coffee with six cream and no sugar didn’t give a donut gave us one measly napkin just completely incompetent staff management do better hire people that actually know how to deal with customers

The staff have always been professional but not friendly. I’ll accept that. Its usually early when I get there. However, yesterday morning I had the worst service. She was rude, short, dismissive, and gave me an attitude. I dont want to return simply because of that interaction. The drinks have always been well made, but the service needs to be changed or this location will slowly fail.

Stop by early Saturday morning. Walked in waited 3 minutes in the lobby. Could hear movement in the rear, leaned over the counter and said hello. Blonde lady looked right at me and continued to put stuff in the oven. Waited a minute longer said hello again her statement be there in a minute a continued to do what she was doin. Was in the facility for 5 minutes, no greeting just ignored. Left without any service.

Very clean Dunkin Donuts that is well stocked. This shop also has a Baskin Robbins in it.
Our coffees were prepared as ordered and were hot and fresh. The y refilled our large Yeti tumblers for 2.00 each.
The staff was super friendly and very upbeat.
