Finally, a Dunkin’ Donuts that is worth going to. I had the best experience here at this one and would recommend anyone to come here. The employees are respectful, helpful, and professional. If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would.

An AWFUL experience here this morning! For years our local company regularly shops at this Dunkin to get our typical order of 4 dozen donuts and a box of joe for our employees. It has usually been a smooth delightful experience. NOT this morning…A woman claiming to be the manager/supervisor refused us service because “the order is too big” and that she has scolded her employees for filling our orders earlier this week. 4 dozen donuts is too big of an order? I thought Dunkin was in the business of selling donuts. Her demeanor was terrible, as she wanted to scold us (the customer) for purchasing too much product from them. Good news for them – that will NEVER be a problem for them in the future. We will forever shop elsewhere starting today. Also – we were literally the only customers there at that moment – Very bad look for Dunkin.

Had a horrible experience at Dunkin Sinking Spring could not get served. Drove down the street, walked in was greeted with a smile and how can I help you! Served and out in under 5 minutes. Skip Sinking Spring come here, they are minutes apart.

Used their app and placed an order during the middle of the morning rush. Cars were backed up onto the road – thankfully there is a wide berm that actually becomes part of their dt lane! They moved cars through the line very quickly, I’d say overall I was in line less than 5 minutes. Coffee was great – as ordered and hot.
