Me and my friends ordered 3 coffees, a cold brew with oat milk and caramel and no cold foam (lactose intolerant), a frozen drink, and a salted caramel cream cold brew. We also a got turkey sausage on a croissant and a sausage wake up wrap. We get to the window, after waiting upwards of 15 minutes with just one other car in the line in front of us and nobody behind us. The employee tries to hands us 4 coffees, 3 which were cold brews all with cold foam on it. We politely informed them that wasn’t our order and told them what we did order hoping that it was just a mix up. The guy blankly stares at us after us telling him it was wrong, proceeds to call one of his other co workers over and ask, she also just blankly stared at us. I found all of this quite interesting because at the window the employee actually confirmed with us twice that we didn’t want cold foam on the one coffee. The employee then asked us what our total was, as if there’s not a screen in front of them telling them how much our order was. We wait another 5 minutes or so, the remade coffee comes out as well as the food. My friend’s breakfast wrap was nowhere to be found in the bag, just the breakfast sandwich. Ultimately in the 20 minutes of sitting there 2 or 3 more cars showed up behind us, so we just let it go and left without the wrap. I unwrap my sandwich after pulling out of the lot to find out that they gave me a sausage sandwich, instead of the turkey sausage i asked for. My friend who got the cold brew with oatmilk, also had cinnamon syrup in his coffee and not the caramel he asked for. I feel that all of this could have been an easy fix, however we were met with an attitude by all the employees. It seemed that there was stuff operating back there with no rhyme or reason. Nonetheless we still tried to be kind, as they may have been understaffed or having other problems.

This place has gone down hill!! Just got three dragon fruit refresher this morning asked for less ice so it wouldn’t get watered down and they were all watered down!! It’s ridiculous!! Spend 4-5 for a drink would expect them to get your order right. I didn’t want to give this any stars but this makes you pick at least one.

Me and my friends were waiting for a half hour for our food. We saw 4 people come in after us and get there food before we did. We got our orders and they forgot the donuts for my friend. They move so slow and have no care how long their customers wait for food. Terrible service. When we got home my friend also found plastic wrapping in his sandwich. No care from these workers.

First off I want to mention how the employees at Dunkin’ Donuts in reading pa are truly pushing me to take my business to Starbucks. Listen I’ve been enjoying my favorite caramel ice latte for 8 years it used to be hazelnut until they discontinued that, I literally get this drink everyday sometimes twice a day. But due to the fact that the employee either have nasty attitude and rushing you to place an order and literally have nasty attitude. But what I hate the most is the over charging. When I get my latte I always ask for a large ice latte 6 pumps of caramel but with a small espresso shot not the large shot. These ppl would charge me for an extra shot smh when I’m getting less. Or charge for the extra caramel. When I order in NY being that I ask for less espresso they charge me for a small drink. But in reading pa these Dunkin’s don’t know how to get their faithful customers happy. I’ll be taking my business to Starbucks for now on.

Make sure to tell them your order at least 30 times. And get it read back another 30. I order an iced coffee every day the same way. Forgot to put caramel in it, easy fix no problem. My issue is you wanna say “ju neva said caramel” I definitely did. Maybe if you were paying attention while taking my order you would’ve heard. The other laddies even heard me say caramel.

Ordered some food for my children and I, at the drive through. I ordered bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps and avocado toast with bacon and tomatoes. I got the complete opposite of what I asked for nothing had bacon, 1 of them even was sausage and the avocado toast didn’t even have the tomatoes or bacon.

This store is so dysfunctional!! Employees yelling at bosses. Sitting around being oppositional especially that big brown skin lady with the small green/blue tipped dreads. I have never seen something so unprofessional in my life and because of this dysfunction my coffee was a mess and didn’t bring everything I asked for. The young Spanish girl is practically running the store alone.i felt so bad for her

I will definitely NEVER come again to this Dunkin, by far the worst I have ever been to. I ordered a medium regular coffee with one cream and one sugar. The employee who took the order was treating me like I was bothering him just for simply ordering. Then, when I tried the coffee, it didn´t have sugar. I asked him for one extra sugar, and he told that I cannot order that because I had already paid. I told him that I would pay for the extra sugar right in that moment. He charged me $1!!!! Unbelievable! When I tried the coffee again, I realized that instead of sugar he had added an extra cream.
